Casino4Aces accusing me of "fraud"

Playing at Casino4Aces I managed to cash out 1400 Euros, I still have not been paid. (This was about a year ago).

The reason they have given for this is that they believe I am a fraudulant player because I experienced a software glitch which I reported to them. This glitch basically involved the cards magically changing midhand, costing me wins. It cost me 300 Euros.

They say that I have maniupulated the software and tried to use a video I took of the glitch to blackmail them. This is not true. I have contacted Casinomeister who seems as though he is unwilling to help me.

I have now suggested that I would just take the 1400 Euro payout and not insist on compensation for the mystery glitch that cost me 300. Any suggestions on how I should go about solving this problem?

use the official channel of pitch a bitch do bring this to meisters attention he or one of his helpers may be able to contact the casino for you, be open and forthcoming with info.
It is very difficult to get any sort of dispute process happening with these casinos, they tend to make up the rules as they go along largley because there aint no rules for them to have to adhere to.
it might be an idea to talk to the police about these dramas as well because if they didnt pay and kept your deposit without any proof its stealing, duno that the police will take an interest though.
 
If memory serves, this is a sister to the late and not-very-lamented Winners Casino, about which you will find a thread here at Casinomeister detailing questionable conduct not long ago.

The management screwed up a promo and then tried to negotiate one-on-one lesser solutions with prejudiced players. It finally went to the wall, but I'm wondering if the management went with it or stayed on at Casino4Aces.

I doubt that the 'Meister would turn away a genuine case, although patience is good because he has a full mediating load most of the time (and at present he's away for a week taking a well earned break)

I would endorse Lucky21's suggestion that you submit a detailed PAB so that Bryan can use his contacts to look into this matter for you. Please read the PAB preamble first.
 
This sounds very odd.You say you reported the glitch to them, what did they say when you reported this glitch?Obviously a fraudulent player would not bring attention to themselves in such a way. Also the term fraudulent player is very vague, have they explained exactly how you commited this fraud and manipulated the software.
You also say they said that you tried to blackmail them.This is very unusual and strong language to use without some firm evidence.What evidence do they have that you tried to blackmail them?
I am sure if you are clear and open with the details casinomeister will investigate this for you.

They checked their logs and said that they couldn't see any problem with the gameplay for any of my hands. They basically locked my account without explanation after I threatened to tell Casinomeister about the problem. This, I assume, is what they mean by "blackmail".

It was Casinomeister who got in touch with them and told me by email that they believed I was a fraudulant player who tried to blackmail them. They have no evidence to suggest that I manipulated the software, because none exists!! They believe I must have manipulated it to change cards because it didn't happen according to them.

Well if you doubt my account of the situation because of my fairly newbie status on this forum you can check out my record at Rpoints where I am a long serving member. I am certainly not somebody who would risk anything with a casino outfit as dodgy as this. It took a lot of persuasion for me to even deposit at this place for fear of losing my cash.

I can assure you that every word posted here is the truth. On top of this I believe that the Casinomeister does not believe my side of the story either, which perhaps is one of the reasons he made such little effort on it.

If you don't mind me asking; what part of the story do you find unbelievable? I can then try to fill you in on some more details regarding it.
 
It is just that some of the details seem a little fuzzy and you make abstract arguments to back your case.Such as;

It took a lot of persuasion for you to even deposit there.

Correct me if I'm wrong with any of the following assertions;

I think the whole case revolves around you demanding compensation from them and the threat that if you did not receive compensation you would use a video of the gameplay you allege was faulty.
They are saying that as their logs show no such fault that any video you have is false and thus you are a fraudulent player.No doubt the term blackmail stems from the threat by you to use this video in the event your demands were not met by them.

I have no way of determining the actual truth but what I would say is that if they have no evidence that you won your money using fraudulent means then they should pay up.
Casinomeister has a good deal of experience in dealing with such cases and if he is refusing to help then I can only assume he has some inside knowledge of your case that I do not have and I accede to his judgement.

You've summed up the situation exactly as I see it. The issue here as far as I can see is that he casino is simply a dodgy outfit looking to avoid payment. Casinomeister has not gone so far as to accuse me of being fraudulant. His last email simply read "They think you're a fraudulant player, that's about it". Perhaps he sees any attempt to extract compensation from this outfit as futile? I really don't know, will have to contact him again after he returns.

I'm considering approaching NETeller about the issue as I think I recall an Rpoints member using this tactic and gaining a favourable conclusion. Would you say this should also be an appropriate avenue?
 
If you know someone who has had success using this route then give it a go, you have nothing to lose.Not sure I can see a reason why Neteller would wish to be involved though.
Have you exhausted all the official lines of complaint which are listed on this site under "important stuff:must read"
Otherwise I would do as you said you would and get back in touch with casinomeister.
