Casino withdrawal times?

I'm an Australian based player and recently did my first withdrawal. Just wondering if anyone can tell me the average time it usually takes them to receive their payout to their credit card? My withdraw was from comeon and they say 2-7 days I'm on day 4 more curious than anything. I must say it is a little frustrating that our money goes to them straight away and it takes us a week to get it back! I have heard there are casinos that do faster withdrawals however being a Mac owner my options of decent online casinos are limited. Any feedback would be great also any faster casino suggestions? Thanks :-)

I have done many withdrawals to my CC in the past at different NetEnts and it has usually never taken more than 1-3 days (now I only use bank transfer). But one should remember that if they have processed your withdrawal, then it is out of their control. It is the same as for example international bank transfers. If the casino has actually sent the withdrawal, then one can really not blame them for any delays. I think Comeon has a reputation of being fast with withdrawals but you may want to use a e-wallet instead.

Thanks for your response :-) I'm
Only new to online casinos (I find I spend less than at a pub though and get more enjoyment) I don't know much about e-wallets???

Hey Zazedac,

Welcome to CM, you'll find many helpful people here. :)

I just wanted to pick you up on the sentence above if I may, as it's something that players often believe incorrectly. As an operator, we are also restricted by bank processing times. It may appear that an operator has instantly got your cash, but in reality it's only 'reserved', we also have to wait to receive your deposit in our bank - we just choose to credit it instantly. :)

You will find a full list of casinos and their cashout times in CM's Link Outdated / Removed. There are big variations!

Regards,
Mark

The above from Mark is true. I had a situation recently where I deposited, it got taken away from my card (online statement) - but it didn't arrive at the casino. I contacted them and they said they definitely hadn't claimed it and were not intending to do so. Sure enough, three days later it was credited back to my balance on my card. I guess at that point it would either be delivered to the casino or given back.

Generally speaking in my experience, if a payment is processed back to a debit or credit card on a Monday, it will arrive in the balance on Wednesday morning. Can seem very lengthy period of time from hitting the cashout button when you add any 48 hour 'reversal' or 'pending' times that some casino's insist on

You can easily be waiting a week for your money.

E-Wallets are probably the way to go in most cases if you are going to be a regular casino patron.

Comeon Casino?

Did you actually win there and cash out? Made many small deposits but never had any luck there, however was still happy to play there (liked the games) until an incident lately where I made a deposit via credit card, which for some weird reason (this time) didn't go through, though it showed clearly on my bank that it had gone.

Nevertheless to say after continuous discussions back and forward with their chat and via email plus sending screen prints of my bank statements etc, they finally credited it my account. This took around a week. I was really not happy. No apology, no nothing. Just an email, saying my account had been credited with my deposit. Played it, then closed my account. :eek2:
