Why decline my withdrawal request simply because it is a national holiday

Surely just keep it on there until it can be processed.. strange.
Regret playing here a bit now, CS is nice and quick, but their accounting department is peculiar.

Meh shitty day

Last time I checked, MLK, Jr. day was only a holiday in the USA...I love how online casinos take advantage of such holidays, even when it in no way affects their ability to process cashouts.

I have played many times at Casino Vega, and they have always given me my withdrawals. Perhaps I have never had a serious problem because my withdrawals were always small, less than $1,000. However, it is important to follow their many and bizarre rules. I have had several withdrawals which were delayed due to some weird restriction. Among the more important rules to follow:

Be certain to meet the wagering requirements (ldo)

Withdrawals are only processed on Mon, Wed, Fri. You need to submit your withdrawal request on one of these days, and it will be processed on the next. Eg, if you submit your request on Friday, it will be processed on Monday.

You cannot make a deposit if your balance is $25 or greater.

In order to make a withdrawal, you must have made a deposit within the past 2 weeks. This rule, in combination with the previous one, means that it is highly inadvisable to let your money sit in the casino after you have made a big win. While they will occasionally waive this rule, getting them to do so is a big PITA.

No withdrawals on holidays. If you place a withdrawal request on a holiday, they will wait until the next processing day and then return the money to your account. I have had them do this because Halloween was a holiday!!!!

So, if anyone does decide to play at Casino Vega, be aware of all these strange rules.
