Casino Titan Withdrawal Time

Hi there,

I have a pending first withdrawal from Titan casino, also my account is fully verified. In the FAQ section on their web site they stated - Withdrawal processing times vary according to payment method & VIP Level, ranging from 1-2 days for services such as NETeller, moneybookers, and PIC club and up to 10 days for wire transfer and up to three weeks for checks.

I requested the withdrawal to neteller. I have also received an email today that says its 6 days - the 2 business days is the time that it can take once we send the payment to your Neteller account. We state 6 business days for us to process your request. I am a bit confused here.

Did you make any withdrawals recently and how long it took for moneybookers, neteller services?

Well Titan is no longer accredited as they were sold. I have not heard good things about them since. I had a bad CS experience with the new ownership and closed my account. I would recommend if you get your cashout you go somewhere else.

lol, casino Titan, I am sorry to hear that, but what makes me play there is their software interface! Its great when you just want to change your game, I mean that other RTGs software is so muddy and slow I need to wait half a minute before I switch to another game, Thats just my opinion, it all about having fun anyway

Hi thanks for the advice, I already have high noon account but this is the casino I am required to wait a minute before I can change a game, I dont know why is that internet connection issues? dont know, but at Titan I can switch games very fast no connection problems, but withdrawal problem.

I am still missing my withdrawal from them, why it takes so long? Did someone make a cashout from them recently?

Hehehe, thank you, you are right, I prefer both smooth game play and fast withdrawals, unfortunately, I am still missing my cashout from TITAN, don't know if I will ever receive it, wish me a good luck,

Titan no payment for 7 days already

Hi there again

Today is the 7th day since I requested a withdrawal from TITAN to neteller, still nothing is transferred to my account. All they say its pending and I believe if it is pending it should not show in my account as available for reverse but it does.

They said you will receive it, and they always mention different times, first they said it was instant, then 10 business days, then 6 business days. On their web site it is stated up to 2 days for neteller and moneybookers in the FAQ section, but they told me to ignore this! They are really playing a joke with me.

What I can do? Should I post a complaint in the relevant section on the forum? Is that going to help? I send 3 days ago a message to their representative, but still haven't heard from him.

I would say PAB . But please read the T&C for PAB, Thats the only thing I can think of. I am sure Maxed can add some light on this. But if they are no longer accredited, then I forsee a big problem, IMO. I hope you get your monies, good luck. I hope all works out for you.

No need for PAB, sorry for this thread, I received my cashout today, Thank you casino TITAN, you have the best software interface compared to all RTGs and it may be 4-5 business days for neteller withdrawal, but is worth it with your smooth game play you offer.

The only part that annoys me now is neteller's high conversion rate, they cut about £15 for this transfer, I believe moneybookers are not that greedy, but this is a new topic area.

I have played there 2 years without any problems deposit maybe around 30k and cashed out around 25k

It works good for me.
