Its rare I give a speech about how good a casino has been but one is due. I normally think thats what casino should be doing so why all the fuss, But in recent times if you have had the same or near experience as me you will relies things are not the same, down hill in my experience until today.
I receive a phone call but was abit fussy but managed to get the drift. It was casino room with a bonus and free spins with a deposit, 150% and 60 spins on any of there bonus games. Why not as I thought even if I bust out as usall at least I will have or hopefully some playtime. due to no matter what I did I would have to use the free spins first due to the way the bonus games are, Thats completely fine as I was looking at playtime and a challenge,
I sent the rep a message and asked about could bonus be forfeited, I sent JonM a message first as I do not like to disturb reps, He could not remembers as I or thought this was mentioned in a thread once,
This is where the fun starts, The rep said he can forfeit the bonus for me, I replied and said fair is fair as they had the decency to give me a bonus I will carry on and try and make the wager. At this point I was just about guarantee the wager but with what funds left is a guess as I could of forfeited and had about 150£ to take out or carried on and if a bad run may end up with only a few £, As a small roller £150 is a lot especially at the minute as I may be £203.50 out of pocket from skrill but thats another story,
So I carry on and make wager at about 300, Again I am not one of these that complete and take out, Nothing against it but thats jsut me, I carry on and end up taking 250 out and abit left to play,
This was at 19.02 and at 20.24 I had an email to say its been processed. I than see an email in my junk folder about a new card added and KYC and this is where it gets better. Instead of asking me to send them in and wait, they actually sorted the withdraw but asked when I got some time to send in a copy of my new card,
So bottom line. Rep response in very good time, withdraw in less than 1hr and proceeded the withdraw without the delay tactic most use about new payment method.
In recent times I have been very disappointed with most sites and today casinoroom have put abit of faith back in me.
