I've a question.

I recently deposited at Casino Room with my card because there was an issue with Skrill.

I had a small withdrawal and they asked me for verification of my card (I thought it had been) however my card is so old that my name and even the number is completely unreadable.

Funnily enough, I got my new one today but I'd love to know if anyone has came across this or had this happen.

This is not a complaint at all, I'm just curious.

Maybe a solution...Make a small deposit with your new card (Smaller than withdrawal) and send the the images of your new card :D

I have copies of my card on my hard drive, so if my card ever was to wear and tear, I'd still have it looking fresh ;)

This probably won't be acceptable these days but something I did a few (5?) years back.

The casino did allow it but I had to enclose a note of explanation as to what I'd done.

I simply got an HB pencil and lightly coloured over the worn out areas so the lead basically refilled tne indentations on the card thus making it clear again.

IIRC the support at the time thought although a bit strange it a very good solution :p

Indeed a good solution however it's a Danske basic bank card and there are no raised numbers on, just print.

I've messaged the rep and I've also sent pictures to support of my old card and it's not been accepted.

Strange an email just came through saying that withdrawal has been processed....

I used to have copies on my old phone but I set it back to factory when I gave it to my daughter...

Hindsight is great

Even though I got the payment, I have to say that the Rep Omar got back to me almost immediately so fair play!

Those reps who I'm still waiting on a reply from about two months ago can wait till smoking is allowed indoors again until they see any of my money.

Wow very well done you!

I smoke about 20 a day now would love to quit for health and £££'s but sanity won't allow it just yet

Maybe make it my New years resolution....

2050!

I walked into a Ziggicig e shop one day an bought a higher end e-cig and some high strength vape juuce and it was the best 50 quid I ever spent. Saved that n more I'm a week.

I haven't picked an analogue cig up since but I still rely on my ecig.

It took me a while to get it into my head that nicotine was only guilty by association to tobacco.

Hope you do give up, I'll be cheering for ya!
