I'm a little confused; If you didn't instantly get the bonus, why did you commence play and lose all your money?
Common sense says find out why you didn't get the bonus BEFORE you start playing.

CR are not Accredited here, but they do have a very good rep on the forum. Contact her to see if she can investigate what went wrong:

She should be able to answer your problem with Reward Points also.

Keeping on posting this stuff here is not going to make one TINY bit of difference.
If you really want to get the final word on your position with this group CONTACT THE REP, as advised in my previous post.

the answer is cheap casino for fools. Never play there not to sit here in the forum.

make another Deposit some amount and the fact that the letter has come, we are no where. Scam

Hi Max

I have looked into your account.
I would imagine the reason you are not able to redeem points is largely due to the fact that a bonus has been claimed on each deposit and bonuses have been claimed in between without deposits.
Your total deposits at CR are €345.76
Your total bonuses at CR are €361.00

Please refer to the term below. Once the term has been satisfied, the points will become available for redeem automatically.

General Promotion Terms and Conditions
9.In the event that Casino Share deems a Player to have misused a casino account for the exploitation of promotional offers, without ever demonstrating any degree of risk with personal funds or serious intention to play, the redemption of all such promotional offers, including but not limited to sign-up bonuses, will be suspended until such times as the Player demonstrates a playing history whereby a risk of personal funds is periodically demonstrated at the Casino.

Regarding the emails you're receiving, I can see that your Casino Share account has been signed up through an affiliate ID, which means you are receiving these emails from a third party. Any emails from Casino Rewards will show your account number on the top of the email and address you by name.

I will ensure this affiliate is no longer sending you emails.

Cheers

So they are a "cheap scam casino for fools" just because YOU didn't bother to read the T&Cs.
That means ALL casinos are a "cheap scam" to anyone who doesn't read the rules.

Classic!

There's more to it than that. It's a vague term, and the real "scam" is the fact than in the response the CS "presumes" the reason is the bonus to deposit ratio, rather than SAYING it is. The problem is that even when players have demonstrated a willingness to play without a bonus, the points are STILL locked. One player reported playing for a YEAR with locked points, yet STILL they hadn't satisfied this vague term.

I also smell bullshit over this excuse:-

Regarding the emails you're receiving, I can see that your Casino Share account has been signed up through an affiliate ID, which means you are receiving these emails from a third party. Any emails from Casino Rewards will show your account number on the top of the email and address you by name.

You should have spotted this, after all you have been in the affiliate business for a while. If I click through and join a casino after visiting your site, would this then mean you had my email address and could send me mailers about casino offers.

The second "BS meter blip" is the offer itself sent to the OP "It was a card of the VIP customer ". You don't get to be a VIP at a place you haven't played before, and a third party would not have that information in any case.

If a third party DOES have the OP's email address because they have joined Casino Share, then Casino Rewards gave it to them.
