I can't believe that a casino would so blatenly hide thier terms and conditions . Its alot of screens but entertaining . Deposit minimum cashout 350. I've always been paid by these jokers . Hit a 19k cash splash jackpot years back.

"They hide it"? As I understand it the T&C button was right beside the FAQ button that the player selected instead.

Later: Just to be clear: the casino rep contacted the OP shortly after this thread was posted. The problem appears to have been that the player was trying to find the Terms in the site FAQ rather than simply going directly to the Terms themselves.

I go to casinorewards.com and then click on various casinos . Login info then usually the promotion tab loads

casinorewards.com is not a casino website. Each of the casinos has their own website -- as is the case with pretty much every other casino on the planet -- and the Terms are there. As I understand it the rep has given you the URL to find those Terms. If you're using that link and still having trouble then you've likely hit the casino during a blackout, try again later. I just tried the link she gave you from my PC and got this:

All good so far, Terms are obviously not being hidden so you might want to ease up on the accusations.

When I tried it on my mobile I got redirected but that's likely because of where I am (the UK).

I see you are a pretty heavy VPN user so that could also be an issue here. In my work on complaints I VPN a lot and it can really bugger things up sometimes because you're trying to defeat the casino's geo-location stuff and that's a real hit-and-miss proposition.

FWIW I just VPN'd through Ontario (which I'm guessing is your location), used the URL she gave you and was redirected to zodiac.casino/en/terms where the Terms displayed without issue. This was on my PC again as I don't have VPN on my mobile.
