/ Has anyone else had issues with casino loyalty rewards being restricted after they’re already issued? Because this has been an ongoing problem for over a month and a half now.
/ My boyfriend’s casino account was given multiple free bonus loyalty points, including birthday spins that were converted into loyalty points. These points were added to his account with no warning or limitation stated at the time.
/ Shortly after, his rewards account was restricted, and now he cannot use any of the loyalty points—despite continuing to actively play on the casino.
/ Support keeps stating that rewards eligibility is not based on how much you spend, but instead on how active you are on the platform.
/ The issue? He is active. He’s playing his favorite games regularly—exactly what support keeps telling him to do—yet the restriction has remained in place.
/ It’s now been over 6 weeks, and he’s accumulated nearly 20,000 loyalty points that are completely unusable.
/ Even birthday rewards—which are typically guaranteed perks—were converted into loyalty points and then locked behind the same restriction. That doesn’t feel transparent or fair.
/ If rewards can be restricted retroactively, or rendered unusable without clear criteria, that should be clearly stated in the terms before points are issued.
/ Loyalty programs are meant to reward active players—not frustrate them or create moving goalposts.
/ We’re still waiting for a clear explanation or resolution. Has anyone else experienced this? Transparency and consistency matter.
