Hello, Max Drayman writing, I'm the Player Grievance Manager at Casinomeister.com

Given the nature of your complaint you might want to consider our Pitch-A-Bitch (PAB) process which allows players to file a formal complaint which we then take to the casino representatives for discussion. The PAB process starts here: Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.

In the meantime I'll check in with the casino people, just in case you wish to proceed with the PAB.

Hey so this is happening right now to my boyfriend in Canada any clue how to get access to what’s mine

HI,

This is a rather old thread - You can submit a complaint via our PAB Service - Read more about it here: Online Casino Complaints

The complaints team should be back on the 4th/5th of this month.

1/ Has anyone else had issues with casino loyalty rewards being restricted after they’re already issued? Because this has been an ongoing problem for over a month and a half now.

2/ My boyfriend’s casino account was given multiple free bonus loyalty points, including birthday spins that were converted into loyalty points. These points were added to his account with no warning or limitation stated at the time.

3/ Shortly after, his rewards account was restricted, and now he cannot use any of the loyalty points—despite continuing to actively play on the casino.

4/ Support keeps stating that rewards eligibility is not based on how much you spend, but instead on how active you are on the platform.

5/ The issue? He is active. He’s playing his favorite games regularly—exactly what support keeps telling him to do—yet the restriction has remained in place.

6/ It’s now been over 6 weeks, and he’s accumulated nearly 20,000 loyalty points that are completely unusable.

7/ Even birthday rewards—which are typically guaranteed perks—were converted into loyalty points and then locked behind the same restriction. That doesn’t feel transparent or fair.

8/ If rewards can be restricted retroactively, or rendered unusable without clear criteria, that should be clearly stated in the terms before points are issued.

9/ Loyalty programs are meant to reward active players—not frustrate them or create moving goalposts.
10/ We’re still waiting for a clear explanation or resolution. Has anyone else experienced this? Transparency and consistency matter.

OK, this has now been collated to a new thread, the one you just started. Thanks!

Casino ?

And what do you mean restricted ? Most loyalty or bonus monies /points have pretty clear definitions in the T&C.

Are you just treating them like normal self earned points ? Have you read the T&C to see if they have limitations ?

Why did you think they exempt from what the T&C says ?

Not to take the casinos side, but What you “think” or “feel” how bonuses should or shouldn’t be allocated don’t mean a thing when it’s clearly defined and stated on the T&C

If you are not happy in how they operate just go to another place your boyfriend has options … if you think a casino is stiffing you why continue to play another month ? , take your money elsewhere.

You said “for a clear resolution” , if you are able to share the Casino you are referring to and bit more about the “restrictions”, you may get a clearer answer

She is talking about Casino Rewards group. Not sure if you have ever used the group i did many years ago.

Anyway when you play there you earn loyalty points that you should be able to redeem for cash any time you want. But the group very often suddenly restrict players from.being able to redeem them. And when they do that's it until the restriction gets lifted if it ever does.

Not like playing at a casino that sends uou an email saying you are no longer eligible for bonuses. Fair enough. But at this group they restrict you and you can no longer use points already earned.

You could have built ip points for months worth hundreds of pounds that you could have redeemed any time you wanted and then suddenly your accounts restricted from using them for whatever reason.

Always felt that was unfair. Sure stop players from getting bonuses but they should still be able to redeem previously earned points.

Just checked the forum. There are threads from like 10 years ago aboutbthe group suspending points so guess it's not changed.

Lol even one of our regular members stated in that thread his.loyalty points worth £30 had been suspended.

Might as well ask as I'm bored but @Jono777 did you ever get to use your.points at Luxury Caaino.

So they have made it impossible to use points but they keep adding points as an example. Today is his birthday. He was given a $50 thing in the mail or his email to basically get $50 worth on the site, but they added it to the loyalty points which I don’t know when they started doing that, but anyway, they added it to the loyalty points, but he can’t actually use the loyalty points because it’s restricted. It literally has a big red screen that shows up and says to keep playing on the casino. Keep depositing and keep playing the way you always play. This is just temporary and then anytime he asks somebody about that. They basically just tell him that he has to keep playing his games. Normally it’s not about how much you deposit or anything. It’s just a regular casino thing basically

I am talking about Yukon. It’s casino rewards as a whole because one of their casinos like they’re affiliated casinos so like Yukon Zo Casino rewards Casino classic all places like that are all one which is casino rewards. And I’ve never had this done to me I not gambled with them for years my boyfriend however he has gambled with them for years as well but they keep giving him points so he was utilizing those VIP points that they say you can cash out at any time and use blah blah blah well obviously not because they don’t like that. He hasn’t been depositing into that site much anymore, but the box kept giving them the points and kept offering it to him an email so he’d collect on those oil points or he’d even go and login and there would just be $30 worth of points there so obviously he would cash that in and play them right anybody would it’s pretty money and that’s what you’re supposed to do with those points and you can’t do that now apparently it’s not based on how much you deposit, though it doesn’t say anything in their terms and additions about any of what I’m going on about and it’s my boyfriend’s account

Did you ever get to use those points? It’s not really a huge deal but it kind it was a letdown because it’s his birthday. You know what I mean he’s 43 years old today. He wanted to just let loosen play a couple spins. I mean buns are tight because financial situation is shit in Canada sucks right now but besides that he just wanted to enjoy a few few spins he goes and he puts the info in logged in and then lo and behold it says the bonus as soon as he logged in, but then when he goes to go to the loyalty point area and goes to cash those in it won’t let him because it’s restricted saying just as you usually would don’t worry you’ll be back to normal soon blah blah blah, but it’s been doing this for over a month and a half who gives birth spins, but then add them to loyalty points, knowing that you can’t even use them and has the nerve to say they value you

It’s a birthday bonus, though who sends a birthday bonus to someone says here you go play these spins on us and then literally send them to the one place you can’t use like I understand like them being free spins just randomly being awarded but a birthday bonus like you assholes

No mate, still sat there and unusable AFAIK. Not played at CR in years and years (sadly I do miss their VIper software)

IIRC, I did make a few cash only deposits in an attempt to release them but never got anywhere.

TBH, had completely forgot all about this until you posted lol.

Ahhh so kinda like Airmiles but for various casinos ?

My ignorance I did not know that this was a thing , is it a group of casino from same parent company ?

This is very common with Casino Rewards group and any semi average player knows this.

Its one of their downfalls. A lot of peole leave their casino because of it and casino rewards seems to not realize they have the advantage when wagering is over 15x. Their wager was 30x (maybe more now) yet if you claim a few bonuses, you get bonus banned until you deposit with cash and lose a bunch of times.

They dont seem to understand they should want players taking and using their bonuses.

Therefore, making their loyalty system useless.

They have an old strange dinosaur view of things. They could be one the largest richest groups but they cant get out of their own way.

They still do ok but nowhere near as well as they can be.

Ive tried to explain this to the rep on here. She listens, responds and engages but more or less defends it and tries to make a case for why they do it. They just dont understand.

I used to be a pretty heavy slot player. I left casino rewards for this reason. If im loading $500 and losing it in an hour. Yeah, why not reward your players instead of calling them 'bonus abusers" and then bonus banning them. Players find it offensive and leave.

I personally see no benefit of playing at casinorewards, why do other players? Im not sure.

Hey, so I wanted to update everyone. I’m sorry for not being more active on this, but it did finally lift itself. It costed about $300 in deposits and a whole lot of nagging. The customer service people, but it did finally lift but once he finally had the $200 in accumulated points and played it it did absolutely nothing lose after lose after lose so we’re switching casinos lol
