Pending withdrawal, 92 hours and counting. Anyone else experienced delays recently?
Customer support via live chat have confirmed unforeseen delays but several e-mails remain unanswered. Is there a Rep anymore for this group?
Sorry to hear that Nicola, I always thought they were a quicker MG site, only 24hrs. pending. No excuse for lack of communication though.
Can we have a 96-hour pending on this weeks barrage of spam too??
I had a horrendous pending experience with them - made a withdraw request at 4.45 pm on a Wednesday,checked on Saturday afternoon and it was still pending, chat told me it was because I had withdrawn on Wednesday after business hours, so my pending would only start on Monday morning, so i closed my account, but i still get regular spam!!
A huge volume of spam this week and they all have my full name on which surprises me.
This massive Spam is not send direectly from affiliate partners ( webmasters) - This is send directly from them from Casino rewards - So they dont need share comission with partners.
Lets explain how this work :
First we need say casinorewards have 29 casinos / brands in group -You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
1.So lets say some affiliates decided work with them and promoting 1 or 2 of them brands from this group and send few players to them. ( ang got future ravenue % comission for this 2 players sending to this one brand.)
2. Casino rewards recived new player in one of they casinos - so alredy have player detailes emails and all other informations so they promotion depateamend ? Immidiatly start everyday send massive Spam for this player - invited him to join in all other 28 Casinos from same group. directly from their spamm links.
If same player decided join to few rest casinos from this spam - Casino rewards dont need share comission from this person with webmaster who send him to first place .
( They pay comission ravenue for one first brand - But got same person finnaly registered from their everyday spam in few brands/ casinos)
So all this spam is not go from affiliates is go from casinorewards to bring new players in all 29 brands and in this way theny dont need pay ravenue share from player deposits in rest their brands - Only pay webmaster for player deliviered for first place - and take care of rest - And bring same person from Massive spamm to registered in all rest 28 brands. )
We have moved to 'Work in Progress' on withdrawal but doesn't look like the payment will be sent this week as it's already the weekend in Australia.
Over 100 hours since first placing the withdrawal request. Will give it till Monday now.
Happy to announce my withdrawal has been processed (yesterday) and funds received a few moments ago.
A full 10 days in the end, my longest ever wait time for a withdrawal. Congratulations Casino Rewards

I wonder why the rep hasn't chimed in here....I have no reason to doubt when KK says someone is the best, but one would think that she'd be here to let people know what's going on to prevent misunderstandings from occurring.

Rep replied via private message as both myself and other half have an account here and we are trying to deal with the spam issue as well.
Withdrawal was via debit card but was only sent out yesterday according to MicroGaming CashCheck.

Life changing???Why do I only ever win life changing money at Casino Rewards, never happens elsewhere. Grrrrrr!
