Pending withdrawal, 92 hours and counting. Anyone else experienced delays recently?

Customer support via live chat have confirmed unforeseen delays but several e-mails remain unanswered. Is there a Rep anymore for this group?

Sorry to hear that Nicola, I always thought they were a quicker MG site, only 24hrs. pending. No excuse for lack of communication though.

Can we have a 96-hour pending on this weeks barrage of spam too??:D
 
I had a horrendous pending experience with them - made a withdraw request at 4.45 pm on a Wednesday,checked on Saturday afternoon and it was still pending, chat told me it was because I had withdrawn on Wednesday after business hours, so my pending would only start on Monday morning, so i closed my account, but i still get regular spam!!

A huge volume of spam this week and they all have my full name on which surprises me.

Thanks for your experience. They appear to operate on Sydney time which makes it confusing to work out the exact timing for withdrawals but has been since 7AM UK time on Monday and still nothing.

Casinorewards group is casino Spam-meisters - New player registered in their one casino example to use some promotions - deposit 1€ got 20€ free and next bad Spam bombarding every day from their 28 brands mixed..... They was and thay still are casino spamer number 1.
 
I wonder who gets commission for the spam from rewards? I take it its the casino that pays the affiliate so will the casino have to falk out to the actual company that supplys them?

With the pending withdraw its getting worse, I no they are spam mad but not getting no replys and long hold on cash is bang out of order
 
This massive Spam is not send direectly from affiliate partners ( webmasters) - This is send directly from them from Casino rewards - So they dont need share comission with partners.

Lets explain how this work :

First we need say casinorewards have 29 casinos / brands in group -

1.So lets say some affiliates decided work with them and promoting 1 or 2 of them brands from this group and send few players to them. ( ang got future ravenue % comission for this 2 players sending to this one brand.)

2. Casino rewards recived new player in one of they casinos - so alredy have player detailes emails and all other informations so they promotion departamend ? Immidiatly start everyday send massive Spam for this player - invited him to join in all other 28 Casinos from same group. directly from their spamm links.

If same player decided join to few rest casinos from this spam - Casino rewards dont need share comission from this person with webmaster who send him to first place .

( They pay comission ravenue for one first brand/casino - But got same person finnaly registered from their everyday spam in few brands/ casinos)

This would be fine (for affiliates at least) if commission were also paid on the player joining these other skins. However, players who have complained about the spam have been told it's being sent by affiliates, and nothing to do with CR themselves.

As for the initial issue, yes - I am also experiencing delays. My VIP host generally tells me exactly when my money will be paid, and currently it's being paid a day later. My Wednesday withdrawal was paid Thursday, and the one due this morning has not arrived, presumably delayed till Monday. I have also sent her an email, and hopefully will get a reply over the weekend which is when she usually works (which means days off during the week).

The Sydney time can be confusing because it's ahead of European time, so if we withdraw during our day, it's already past office hours in Sydney, so our withdrawal would count as having been made the next day. This means that withdrawals made on Monday are the only ones pretty much guaranteed to make it during that week. Tuesday is hit & miss, and Wednesday onwards means receipt the following week.
 
We have moved to 'Work in Progress' on withdrawal but doesn't look like the payment will be sent this week as it's already the weekend in Australia.

Over 100 hours since first placing the withdrawal request. Will give it till Monday now.

thats rather odd ,ive had many withdrawals from this group over the years & never once have they not been on time, spam has started again .but theres a rep who can with this )
 
Happy to announce my withdrawal has been processed (yesterday) and funds received a few moments ago.

A full 10 days in the end, my longest ever wait time for a withdrawal. Congratulations Casino Rewards :D

I wonder why the rep hasn't chimed in here....I have no reason to doubt when KK says someone is the best, but one would think that she'd be here to let people know what's going on to prevent misunderstandings from occurring.

ps: This withdrawal wasn't to a wallet, was it?

Rep replied via private message as both myself and other half have an account here and we are trying to deal with the spam issue as well.

Withdrawal was via debit card but was only sent out yesterday according to MicroGaming CashCheck.

Interesting. I still say that the rep shouldn't leave others in the dark in this regard....I know there's confidentiality rules to abide by, but a simple explanation into the matter would go a long way :thumbsup: (plus, it's good for business :p)
 
I happen to know that Renee, the rep, is currently on holiday, I saw it posted in another forum. I don't have anymore info. Perhaps explains her silence.

Very responsive and very helpful, together with very courteous and polite. So she must be sunning herself as mentioned :)

A HUGE WTG to Nicola on fantastic self control, can't imagine the 'reversers' among us waiting 10 days without 'dipping' :eek:

They are a night mare for spam, heard Nicola said she ask about it, Unfortunate alot of spam comes from dick heads that took our details from when used to work for casino's (so much about our details are safe) , But on a good level most of the spam is from CR them selfs so if ask to stop it should be sorted,

& the ten days is a ear ache, I would of professionally NOT reverse after 3 days as just taking the piss, I do not play them any more due to as mentioned b4 that I had some mates sign up to them from my pc, Al legit but better to be safe than sorry alow I been told its ok to keep playing I may have another chat with the rep,
 
Here we go again, three business days and still at the reverse stage :D

Why do I only ever win life changing money at Casino Rewards, never happens elsewhere. Grrrrrr!
 
Finally processed and received this morning! Reversal period ended up being 68 hours in the end.

It was a interesting session, deposited £100 and ended up cashing out £10000.00. Started off with £0.90 bets of IR, then £1.50 on TDK ending up around £1500.00. From then onwards nearly every game I played (25 spins on autoplay then moved on) gave the bonus and increased my bet sizes along the way. Maximum I was betting in the end was £6.25 a spin, but once I reached £10000.00 it was time to cash-in.

Some nights MG just pays and pays but you just have to know when to stop!
