Casino on net sisters

Hi there fellow gamblers.

Just wondering has something changed with casino on net. Do they allow making accounts at their sister casinos or is this still a matter that they lock accounts and take away winnings like it was ½ year ago. Id appreciate if the 888 rep told me how things are currently.
