I have been playing at this casino for a while but never deposited until they added MG Games
I made a deposit, had a great playtime of around 2 hours on 30 quid
Got my spins on TDKR2 to 34x2 so i thought i would deposit again and try a bit more
I did, opened TDKR and got some error 0 which was casino error, emailed support and didnt get a reply for some time after which i was told to clear cache and history or try different browsers none of which worked, later that day after i lost patience and blew money on other games i got a reply it was because i had accepted a 50% bonus so game is disabled? Which would seem fine but before this i had played with 100% bonus and game was working. But the support told me in future let them know and they would credit my bonus as cash and i would be able to play and they can manually check wagering requirement
Now after this error i got i have gone through more than a 1500-2000 spins without adding to the spins or triggering the bonus round? Now i have played this game at almost every casino and it is impossible not to add to spins at worst every 100 spins.
Is this all random? TBH I didnt like them before as I could never find any info on them but i had a great run at Next casino which is their sister site and when found that out i thought I would give this casino few more tries.
I'm not saying they are fixed but why was the game disabled by the casino is beyond me as they are willing to let me play it with a bonus and i played it with the bonus before aswell and why they didn't tell me straightaway that they disabled it as surely they would know it was disabled by them. They gave me a great run around saying clear cache & download history and cookies.
