We've all read a lot of complaints about online casinos and, being humans, we're much more likely to post about a negative experience than a positive one.

I am very interested in who has great customer service. I think it is a fact that, for every 1 bad experience, there are probably 1,000's of good experiences.

It would be really great if everyone who has who has had an issue resolved with great efficiency, courtesy, etc., to tell us about it here, just to balance things out.

Thanks in advance. :)

I've had many positive and efficient dealings in this sphere (and some pretty awful ones, too although oft-times the bummer operations will just ignore you!) This list is off the top of my head and is not exhaustive.

Tops in courtesy, efficiency and responsiveness in my book are Trident Group and 32 Red. And Dean Mitchell at the Phoenician group is another proactive and player-sensitive manager imo. The Vegas Partners group is always responsive. Bodog are fast, and I see from the frequent posts here that InetBet (Emily Hanson) is up there with the best.

CSR screw-ups and disagreements on bonus policies aside, I would also compliment Wim from Fortune Lounge who in my opinion does his damnedest to sort out hassles in sometimes difficult and even abusive circumstances. I doubt that I could have hung in as long as he has and still be sorting out hassles given some of the abuse he has had aimed at him.

CON have generally been OK for me, too, as has been Ed Pownall at Blue Square - very straight and quick to reply. And Mike Jacobs at City of Kings impressed me with his willingness to help and communicate.

Recent experiences with Winward's CEO Jon Ramsay have been good, and his CSRs at least are efficient enough to ensure that issues are escalated when they cannot assist.

I'm sure there are others...this industry is a long, long way from being all bad.

Harrods casino is about the best I've come across. As well as player friendly rules for the games (a very low house edge for BJ/double exposure) the customer service is excellent. When they once requested scans for a large withdrawal they gave a generous bonus for complying, and when they made a mistake with a cheque they gave another small bonus to make up for the hassle. They also have imaginative promotions most weekends.

Not for US players though - this is quite an odd list of non-eligible countries, don't you think? :D United States of America, France, Russia, Czech Republic, Iraq or Iran.

Agree Harrods are top on customer service and have good BJ and roulette games.

Also crockfords/stanley excellent customer service even send personalised emails when you withdraw saying things like well done on your win or have a nice weekend. V impressed with them indeed as also have fair games as discussed in another thread :D

I have to say Inetbet casino and Global Player casino have the best customer service i have ever recieved.

Inetbet customer service reps are the greatest and i am not only treated as a player but as a friend also.

I say Hats off to Inetbet and Global player for their terriffic customer service.

32red is the best in my experience, they even let me cash in once when I was about 20 short of the WR.

I have to disagree about the Trident group. I had a long argument with them once. They would say our T&C say this, and I would reply, no, the T&C published on the website say something different, and they would not budge. In the end I had to take it to ecogra, who then sorted it out in a day. I am not one to praise the River Nile casino, but even River Nile did better in a similar situation.

On a side note (not casino related, but close), I have to give kudos to NETeller.

When I started online gambling a year and a half ago, I chose NETeller pretty much blindly. In that time, I've had not one problem with them. Bryan and NETeller assisted me with a problem concerning Connecto, and NETeller's always been very courteous and professional whenever I have a question.

Deposits and withdrawals go very smoothly and I've never had my credit union complain about them. No hassles with casinos denying credit cards and their merchant support at NETeller keeps good tabs on their customers.

Being a U.S. player, I can't think of another webwallet out there that's better. Though I'm sure someone will tell me if there is ...

Global Player's support is outstanding and I find Fortune Lounge's VIP support to be excellent as well. Their regular CSR's to seem to have their issues, but VIP support has always taken care of me. Crown Palace support has also treated me well when I had an issue with them.

The Gaming Club was good to me. When I made first deposit they gave me the wrong one. When I wrote support they fixed it fast even though it took two e-mails. Plus I cashed out $1000. Love Thunderstruck and Deuces Wild! Will deposit there again without a bonus when I get some entertainment cash to spend!
