Casino.com is part of the Mansion group of casinos. I'm not sure exactly how much marketshare they have compared to the other big players, but they're definitely a pretty big group and have been around for a while, others can probably give more specifics. Their games operate using Playtech software.

As long as the casino doesn't think you're trying to take advantage of them, everything should be fine. They've paid out reasonably quickly in my experience. Bonuses are usually "play only," (not 100% sure on the initial deposit bonus), meaning you can never cash out the bonus itself, only winnings. They have some good deposit bonuses for high rollers, so it might be a decent option if you're prepared to bet big. For smaller deposits, you might be better off with something like Omni Casino as far as Playtech software goes, which is accredited here and has high % bonuses almost every day.

The Mansion casinos are not in the accredited section here. One reason for this, from what I've heard, is that they are not willing to engage in third party mediation to solve disputes if a problem arises. So if for some reason they do decide they don't like something about your play, you're pretty much on your own. I'm always slightly paranoid that I might win big sometime playing there and not get paid out if they don't like something, but thus far I've had no problems.

If anyone has any info on issues that players have experienced there, I'd be curious to know more as well. There is a vague term in the conditions I find a bit troubling, which essentially says that they can remove winnings from players using "doubling strategies," on certain games while playing with a bonus. While I understand the intention of the term, the vagueness is potentially troubling.

With all that said, most likely your money will be fine there, but for future deposits you might want to consider some of the highly rated casinos in the accredited section here.

I like Gala too, they offer excellent bonuses; you can also sign up to Coral Casino (same group) and get welcome bonus of £50 for £10 deposit. They were doing a ND bonus of £10 but I think that offer may have expired :)
