Casino Coins affiliate group not responding

I'm not sure if this is the right forum section but does anyone know how to get in contact with the Casino Coins (English Harbor, Millionaire) affiliate group? They have failed to send my affiliate payment and have not replied to the emails I sent. Also, their listed phone number is out of service. I don't have access to the I-Gaming Forum Reps page (anyone know how to get access) so I've been unable to pm their rep.
