My correct and fair rating: 1/10
I could post such a review for all the sister casinos under this umbrella but I'll leave it with
Casinia and Spinanga...
So.. what gives..
Casinia was one of the casinos that went all in on a crypto solution, letting
players send internal bonus coins between accounts across the sister casinos.
Presumably also an attempt to move players onto crypto wallets.
My problems started early and never stopped.
FOR THE PAST YEAR I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO SEND COINS OUT OF MY CASINIA ACCOUNT.
According to support, I'm doing it wrong. Fair enough — except my friends don't
have this problem. Only my account.
The same fault appeared at the other casinos in the setup — Spinanga, Alf
Casino, Malina Casino and others. The difference is that they fixed it now and
then. Casinia never did.
The feature has now been removed entirely, so I can no longer document the
error messages. Convenient for them.
THE 600 NOK CAMPAIGN:
Email promising 600 NOK just for logging in. Logging in wasn't enough. I had to
chase them. Then chase them again. Eventually I got the answer only an
unprofessional operator gives:
"You're not getting the bonus after all."
So I receive the campaign emails, but I'm not allowed to participate in the
campaigns.
SO WHAT'S THE ACTUAL PROBLEM?
Let me answer that myself: this is an unprofessional operator that in my opinion
should not hold a licence to run a casino.
Note that I haven't won anything here either. This isn't a player who's bitter
about losing — it's about a company that doesn't deliver what it advertises.
Stay away.
I should have said this a long time ago. I'll be saying it going forward,
wherever there's room for it.
