Can anyone list the casino's that also offer a cashback deal the same as videoslots current offer. I really liked this part about playing at videoslots, as I am a high depositor, but I've recently lost confidence in videoslots so would like to find another casino with a similar offer. You can probably tell by my profile, but at the time of registering I was in a hurry, so didn't complete everything as neatly as I should have. That was meant to be State SA (South Australia), but probably should have been less specific and just put Australia. Updated now, and sorry for any confusion.

No Bonus Casino has a good cash back deal. Netent casino (I'm not a fan of Netent) but it's a good deal

Hey spintee, I'd rather not give the reasons why I've lost confidence in Videoslots, as it is a personal opinion and wouldn't be fair to Videoslots to mention. Like many players, after playing at VS for some time, I have formed my own opinion of them, and that shouldn't take away from the fact they have an excellent rep in Lucas, and should be considered for accreditation for that reason alone. Personally, I look at the whole package when playing at a new site, and VS just aren't there yet for me.

I may even play there again from time to time, but probably won't make the same regular deposits I have been. I'll do it more so as a sign of good faith to Lucas, and the effort he has made in dealing with my queries. I have every confidence Lucas will help you out with your issue in due time.

I only mentioned Videoslots as a comparison because they have a great cash back offer, and they are the only casino I have come across that offer such a deal.

Your rite there Mark, That cash back is complete rubbish, Ive had many emails about cash back ect and not 1 is a cash back, To me a cash back is deposit 1000, lose it you get 250 (thats if cashback is 25%),
But even if that was true its not a bloody cash back as it ends up in bonus account with a wager, And on the video slots it states 25% cash back win or lose the more you bet the more you get back, It does not mater if deposit 50 grand or 5 quid you get back % what you played and not deposit. Well thats another curve ball because if you read rules it sais 25% of there profits ( what a joke) I tell you something it will need a good calculater to work that out, I am not an expert on this bonus structure but all is fishy to me,

That is more than fair, I am a new customer to VS thats why I ask, at first it was all good, Only signed up saturday but had a few probs since, I am the same i do not like to mention sites, I no they try there best and some time problems accour that's out of there reach, I have alot of respect for all reps that have the time to sort out problems, We al no theres alot of dodgy sites that will not give you the time of day,

Yes what you want is a real cash-back without the WR otherwise it's not really a cash-back it's more like a tiny bonus. Myself I prefer deposit bonuses because I just up my bets. But if you want cash-back then it should come as CASH back. Hope you find a good casino with a nice proper cash-back system

Yes a real cash back would be nice, I give up long time ago looking for that, Club gold does give a cash back some times at 15-25% but there bonus is outa this world, some times its like 70x D&b It boggles my mind thinking about it, I do not mind a 25 quid deposit with a 30 x wager gives you abit of play time small rolling, A bonus should nether be x D&B, It really does get to me, The more I read about casinos the more I wish I did not start, Like VWM said the other day, They always try to sweet talk you, really there after your cash, Best thing about it we are gona give them our cash, Just dont give us bull shit

That's a shame. Well No Bonus Casino dosent have a WR attached and if they do I'm fairly certain that it's only a small WR (still not what you want though). I don't play the bonuses at Club Gold anymore which is unfortunate because they are a very bonus orientated casino but their WR has just gone completely through the roof. Yes most of my deposits are small between $20-30 because it makes it allot easier to complete WR plus you still get to use the bonus. IMO online casinos cant really call it a bonus when the WR is so high it's more like torture. Then add max bet restrictions and max withdrawals to the mix and it becomes a bit ridiculous.

Yes they are after your cash. They are a business. That's why if I'm not satisfied rather than continuing to fill the casinos pockets I'll just move onto the next casino. Between terrible T&Cs and poor returns I barely play online anymore.

I just saw this and felt that it was necessary to clarify the details as it seems the references to our cashback were getting mixed with those of our insurance promotion.
We do run a 15% cashback promotion occasionally but this carries no wagering requirements and no other restrictions. The insurance promotion however, given on weekend's, and in some instances on Wednesdays, does carry wagering as it gives you back 100% of your deposit.
As for our general everyday match deposit offers, I can assure everyone that we have actually lowered the wagering substantially depending on the vip level (e.g. welcome bonus =20×, 50% match deposit =12×, 77% match deposit = 15x and 100% at 25x).
Once again if any of our promotions are not clear, I would be more than happy to assist and clarify the matter.

Hi Dino, Even low your emails are pretty standard text you do give clear instructions about bonus wager in email, More than you can say for alot of other site emails, Saying that not all of us are vip and my last email was 35x D&B, Its hard enough to make a withdraw anywhere without a bonus, I no bonus gives a bit more play time but theres no fun in it when wager is so high,

Our cashback rewards have no wagering requirements to withdraw, its real cash that is put into the players account and they can do whatever they want with it. In order to however earn the cashback players simply need to deposit and play i.e. its more like a post-bonus rather then a pre-bonus and comes with a number of other benefits.
