Question Can't deposit on 32red mobile casino

Hi,

Anyone else had problem depositing on 32red mobile casino?

Am using iPhone5 and when I enter the CVV number which starts with '0', it strips the '0' off when I click done. Seems like it thinks the CVV is a number, so the '0' is not needed.

Quite annoying..

That does sound like a bug in the software, they probably didn't test it with a CVV starting with a 0.

You should send a message to the 32Red rep here:

I would recommend not to keep testing it again and again to see if it'll work, because each time it's probably being recorded by the bank as a failed authorisation, and eventually they could put a temporary block on the card.

It doesn't even let me submit the transaction as it says the CVV field has not been completed.

I'm sorry you are having problems depositing. It certainly does sound like a bug that wasn't picked up during testing.

Can I ask if you are using the standard or HD casino?

Am not sure.
Its the 32red blackjack app for iphone.

Under help & support it says:
game version - C01.1 | S01.1

I've asked someone to investigate and I will get back to you. In the meantime if you navigate to our website you should be redirected to our new HD casino which has better graphics and (hopefully) a banking section which will work for you!

I didn't realise there was web casino on the iphone. Normally I just use apps from the app store. Is there a plan to release an iphone app for the HD mobile web casino?

Also, on the web casino, it doesn't let me turn the sound off. I flick the mute button on the side of my phone, but still hear the game noises. Everything else on the phone is muted, so its just this game that is doing this. Is it overriding the volume control?

Hi again,

I'm pleased to say there is an app in development for the HD casino, but I don't have timescales as yet.

To turn off the sound, simply flicking the screen from left to right and from there you can see the sound settings.
