[pab-in-progress]I put money into Canbet and after playing for awhile, I tried to log in and it says my account is locked!!
I called Canbet and they said I would receive an email. Nothing from them for days. So I emailed them and attached a copy of my passports and docs... finally a response.
I got a reply to say my account has been locked and my money is unavailable, both my original deposit and the amount won.
No explanation besides references to terms that say Canbet can close an account at any time and for any reason.
I tried to get an answer from them and even had live chat closed by support during the session. They copied and pasted the same response after my third email.
This is very serious, the money in my balance is under my name and belongs to me.
I contacted the rep from their company here and he said he'd look into it. Now it's a week since I sent my message.
How a casino is able to run when it can close an account whenever it wants under its terms?!![/pab-in-progress]
