They copied and pasted that text from beatingbonuses (you can google search the whole string and it finds it) - I get stuff like that all the time, I don't know if it's a bot or not, but usually it's comment spam that they're trying to make look like a real comment, so they'll just grab something that's already online. If I were you I'd make sure it was on 'approve comments before posting' cause chances are they'll plug in a bunch of spam in the middle of the night.
