Which you would assume means the amount of bonus will depend on the deposit amount.

And then says

Which make it seem like, whatever you deposit you will receive a €250 bonus’


It doesn’t say how much you need to deposit to get €250.
It could be a 25% bonus, where you’d need to deposit €1000 to get the full €250
Or it could be a 100% bonus, where you’d only need to deposit €250 to get the full €250

I can't find anything in the bonus T&C



I emailed them on thursday asking what the bonus percentage was

They replied 24 hours later asking me what the bonus code was !!!

So I replied - the bonus code is SUMMERSPIN

24 hours later they replied with this -

So I replied

NO. It doesn't answer the question at all.
how much you need to deposit to get the full €250

and they replied

I would make an educated guess that it is a 100% deposit match, just from the wording and previous promos I have read / participated in!

Its a clear question ... whats the % ... e.g how much will i get on a 20 or 50 deposit.

The fact they aint stated it could be either an oversight or to hide the fact its a crappy 25% deal

of which I never take. Anything under 50% is simply not worth touching at all

I think if you don't plan on depositing $250 or more, make your deposit and if it is other than 100% match, ask them to remove it if you are unhappy. I'm not familiar with Tony bet... some casinos ask for a bonus code before deposit, and you will see terms at that point.

Guarantee if you deposit £100 it will be a 25% match, if you deposit £10 it will be 100%

My original post is just going on those sort of promos I've got in the past, going round in circles with support I've just gone and deposited to be nicely satisfied more often than not

I finally got a straight answer. it's a 100% match bonus.

And after all that, I've just found out that it's exactly the same promotion they ran last month, which is running until the end of this month. So I've already taken the bonus.

So why send me a bonus offer, I've already taken last month?

Glad you got it sorted but yes pointless if you've already taken it.

Little bit like the 'Here are your free spins' or 'Your account has been credited' type e-mails that when you open them end up being SUB's or similar!

I have been playing here a little while and email support seems pretty slow generally.
I have been waiting over a week to hear about $5+ win that wasn't credited to my account (Dead Or Alive) because their site and the game crashed.

I also got that email promo and it says to new or existing customers but apparently it can only be taken once a month or something?
Anyway I had a chat with live chat and they gave me an alternative 100% code which seemed to have the same T&C's attached.
Not sure if you can do the same?

The 10% thing relates to max amount of deposit bonus you can wager in a single bet I think.
