A friend of mine was recently asked for a copy of his new passport as the old one they had on file had expired.

That would make sense But my driving licence never expired or not changed address ect so just do not understand lol

I had to send my ID again to a casino and they declined it because it was the same jpg file I had sent them years ago. So I had to take a new photo of the exact same ID and they accepted it. IDs are valid for ten years here so they just got another photo and I still dont understand why that was necessary lol
