I just logged in to cake poker, to put a few of my older gold cards up for sale, and there is a button on top of the software suite, "Cake Casino"... It the CXTM platform, the one originally used by Luck3 before they went belly up... This platform is also used by current baptism by fire candidate SportsInteraction and parts of the software, ie some games, are used by the composite platform at Bodog.com...
Anyway, I have always enjoyed some of the games, and I am always looking for casinos that serve the US marketplace, since one can count the number of reputable casino groups with quick payouts serving the US currently on one hand...
I guess I wonder how reputable cake is sometimes, mainly because of the departure of Lee Jones, who cited a "lack of comfort with where management was taking the site," as his reason for leaving... And also bc of the way they have let some of the shadier rooms crumble, without yanking them off the network, and more or less facilitating the rooms in question in their attempts to shaft the players... One need look no further than the original developers of this CXTM platform, the original Luck3 team, for an example of bad business practice by both the skin operator (They were taking automated deposits with no CSR and no w/d processor for over 2 weeks before cake yanked them off the network) and the network directors...
But, then again, I have been paid quickly and timely by Cake for years... Never one issue of delayed payments or delayed CS response, and again, they are the only other site I know of besides inetbet that are successfully operating sans phone or live chat... For me, they average about 5 minutes in response times...
Last bit; can't find very much PR about the new casino en suite, but I guess with much of their market being stateside, that makes sense...
