Hi there I'm new to the sight and would like some advise I belong to an online bingo site where I have been playing happily and deposited hundreds of pounds over the past few months , having not won very often and they played my winnings yesterday I won a large sum of money and decided to bank £700 I had to wait two days so , on the strength of this went back on and had another little depo said I could reverse or just make new depo so not to mess about deposited and was after a couple of hours blocked referred to security. At cassava they said I will hear from them in 72 hours but will not be getting my money in the mean time . Can anyone help or give me advise very frustrated as like the site too and now in limbo

hi blonde & welcome im not sure , i would hold out for the 72 hours firstly before you hit the rails

have they requested your id docs for the withdrawal ?

if not you need to send in id & proof of address etc etc this will speed things up

other things are did you take bonuses etc etc on a deposit ?
