"also"? So you have already tried to contact @Casino Extreme via Private Message regarding your issue?

If not please do so. The reps are expected to be here to assist players so if that's not working as it should then we would like to know about it.
 
NP, I understand. The difference with contacting the rep here on the forums is that if they don't respond then we can try pushing them and that often produces better results than just sending emails into the void. Here they have something to lose whereas emails ... well, you know as well as I do.
