Just an FYI. I asked to close my Brango and Extreme accounts last week to take a break. I asked to have them reopened and was told "Unfortunately, your accounts will not be reopened and will remain closed since that was your request" I NEVER EVER SAID ONE WORD ABOUT EXCLUSION NOT 1. I have closed many accounts in the past to take a break and never had an issue having them reopened. I have emails to back up that I never asked for permanent closure or exclusion. This is nuts!
 
It might be in their t&c's that they dont re-open account? I don;t get it though, as you say it is not for responsible gaming-reasons, you just didnt wanna play anymore.

I dont know....a month or so ago my play at Extreme was so bad I asked to close just that account. They countered with a free chip. So if it's in their T&C they shouldn't have offered a chip I wouldn't think.
