YA, i got this issue happening too but only on the 3-day games and right after the spins so i lose the money plus any win. They emailed me back twice and tried saying it was me, yet all the other games are fine except 3-D. Here is a copy and paste of their resonse which resulted in me going all ballistic on their asses. How long can u keep logging in and out. This has been a continual problem with some but not all of their 3-D games and I dont know why they just dont admit there is a problem and take it down till fixed.
