Bouncing emails to Purple Lounge

Is anyone else having this problem.

Purple Lounge offer a weekly 25 credit casino bonus, but use a specific email address for claims, bonusrequest@purple-lounge.com

For the last two Sundays, this address bounces the email right back as "recipient does not exist".

I have so far resent CC to support@purple-lounge.com, and they then at least get one copy.

What irks me is that I informed them of this glitch last Sunday in my second email, but they have not replied, nor it seems have they addressed the problem.

This is not really satisfactory for an email address they are instructing players to use, and if they cannot fix the problem, they should at least post alternative arrangements on the promotional pages of the website.

I am left to make it up as I go along, sending it CC to support, even though this probably has nothing to do with front line support.

There new May weekday promotions are in a mess too. There are THREE conflicting versinos of the rules for the Tuesday "happy hour".

1) It's ONLY Tuesday, and 19:00 - 21:00 BST

2) It's BOTH Tuesday AND Thursday, but is either 19:00 - 21:00 GMT OR it is 17:00 - 21:00 GMT depending on whether you read the detailed rules, or the summary.

This is VERY sloppy - someone has been lazy, and has not bothered to proof read before posting up the webpages.

This could be a minefield of arguments for them, but the solution is simple;)

Deposit between 8pm (20:00) and 9pm (21:00) and whether BST or GMT, you will hit part of the 2 hour window.

It would be better though, if they cleared up the confusion, and before Tuesday.
