Many casinos have in their promo terms that bonus stacking is considered a form of bonus abuse, but what is it exactly?
This is not something I've been accused of yet, but a casino I am gambling at has two promotions on slots running concurrently: a weekly slots wager cashback, and a slots contest (both pay out in bonus funds) and had me wondering... since playing for the contest would simultaneously build up cashback, could something like this possibly be considered bonus stacking if you were to win a prize in the contest?
I ended up placing in the contest, and thus receiving bonus funds for both promos, so I asked a customer service agent about this (whether this is bonus stacking and if I should forfeit one of the bonuses) and they escalated it to the appropriate department™ and later I received an email that I could use both bonuses -- no forfeiting required.
If this isn't bonus stacking then what even is one? Does anyone more experienced have an example?
Perhaps in this case it wasn't considered bonus stacking because one was from a contest-style promo? (only the cashback promo mentioned bonus stacking in it's terms, the contest one did not).
....I still have yet to touch my second bonus. They were pretty clear that I could use it, but idk, I've had some poor experience with incompetent customer service agents (not at this casino, to be fair).
