Old Havana Casino ---- And yes I know you don't have to play it you don't want to, hence why I read the T&Cs before accepting. Just felt like posting. I've made a few deposits here without ever taking a bonus. Decided to try one today. Notice how polite I was in the chat by the way :D

My Question:
Todays match bonus (Monday) shows as a 100% up to 200.00. Shows to have a max cashout of 1,000 dollars. Is that correct?

Sean has joined the chat.
Sean (06:31:35) : Allow me to assist you
Sean (06:32:25) : Yes that is correct!
Sean (06:33:01) : To withdraw your bonus, winnings and deposit amount you must wager 40 times your deposit plus bonus in valid games. If playing Multi hand Video Poker, Blackjack, Video Poker, Caribbean Stud and Perfect Pairs, wagering requirements increase to 90 times your bonus. Wagers in Craps, Vegas Three Card Rummy, Tri Card Poker, Caribbean Hold’em and any form of “21 Games”, Pontoon, Baccarat, Roulette or SicBo cannot be applied to the cash out wagering requirements.

Me (06:33:35) : If I deposit 500 dollars does that mean I would receive the 200, so I would have a total of 700 to play with? And of course still the max 1000.00 withdrawal?
Sean (06:34:17) : Yes, that is correcto
Me (06:34:29) : ok, thank you for your help.

...............................................................................................................

Felt like making a decent size deposit tonight and was hoping to get a good match bonus. Saw the 100% offer and was going to jump on it. Ummm yeaaa, brb let me jump into a 40 x deposit AND bonus wagering requirement so I can look forward to being able to only cashout 2 x my deposit. Even if I only deposited the 200 to get the max bonus amount I would still only be able to cashout 5 x my deposit. Pretty big win win for the casino. They can pretty much run that bonus daily, as they would never have to payout anything of substance.

I don't think I've seen any this bad at Rival brands, and they are well known for having max cashouts on deposit bonuses.

You need to look a little harder - I've seen (dodgy) Rivals offer bonuses with cash-outs as low as Deposit x2! :eek2:

I wouldn't mind a low-ish max cash-out IF the WR was also very low. But like you say, high WR and low max out is a virtual cert winner for the casino.

Ouch x2 on the deposit...now that sucks. I wonder how many people even waste time with that.

Never saw a deposit 2x bonus at Rival to be honest, most of their max. cashout bonuses are huge percentages (300-500%) with x times bonus max. cashout.

This Old Havana bonus is one of the worst I've ever seen, and I've seen alot of them.:eek2:

Do they still have that rule that players outside of the US have to wager their D+B 100x ? Or was it 80x?
Why anyone would play there is beyond me really..

NO MAX CASHOUTS for SLOTS

I can't believe that any slots bonus with no max cashout is reasonable. The entire idea of slots is to try to hit big. I love looking at the 1000x payout page. How many of those would be severely truncated with a max cashout? NO FUN.

I didn't know mainstreet bonuses have max cashouts. I believe most of them do not. I did, however, notice that they lowered my maximum bet size significantly recently.

The OP is correct, the bonus terms are shockingly bad both in WR and cashout potential. As he said, the terms must be read. These restrictive terms are effectively truncating your play and make for a simple 'deposit snatch' unless the player ground out an exceptionally high RTP for their session.
Imagine going to the races and being told whatever horses you bet on, you can only leave the track with 2x the cash you walked in with? Nonsensical and the terms show the true character and intent of the site.

So if I am reading this correctly a deposit of $500 would award a player with $200 bonus with a WR of $28000. However, if you deposit $200 you still get the $200 bonus and the wagering is $16000 only. So Cleve, you should deposit in 2 chunks, first with $200 to get the $200 bonus and then the $300 which would be withdrawable irrespective of whether WRs are reached.Once the bonus is gone and you only have the $300 remaining in your account there is no max withdrawal amount.

No one has so far answered the opp's question "Do I look like an idiot"

Well, Yes you would be if you did what you suggested ie depositing $500 to get a 200 bonus then playing that ridiculous WR and worse yet the max payout!!
Why not do as KK suggested or better yet deposit the $300 first , where there is no WR. tThen if you bust out deposit the 200 to get the bonus

The max cash out would be 5 x the deposit if depositing that amount. When adding the high WR it makes for a poor scenario of which I would not enter. Although I can see depositing 20.00 and getting the match, as that would at least be a reasonable x deposit amount since the max is 1k. Either way though I have a hard time wrapping my head around deposits having a max cash out amount.

I'm thinking they would still apply the max withdraw amount, if I'm understanding your post correctly. I remember trying to deposit at liberty slots on top of a bonus for a larger playing balance and they advised me the same bonus rules applied to it. Although in the liberty case it was a no deposit bonus.

What software does this casino use? If its still RTG the bonus account and withdrawable balance are separated.

Yes it's RTG. I'll give it a try one day then. I already deposited else where so will be a while before playing again (hopefully). :D

Well, I'd say he doesn't look like an idiot as he has read the terms before considering a deposit, and has checked them out on here.
If he had deposited and then read the terms and whinged after losing or being stitched up then we'd no doubt pile a bit of scorn upon him.:)
