How many other players are waiting to be paid winnings/cash-outs from Bodog?
My cash out request was dated March 30th. They said it would be about 15 business days. Still waiting...though they did say a few days ago that it could be up to a 20 day wait. I have read previously here on the forum that some players have been waiting much longer than that.

I have a cashout since April 7

Tomorrow will be the 15th day, I emailed them the other day cuz I didn't get my tracking number, (it usually is emailed 3 days before the 15th day) I got the generic answer, when they get it I will.

But March 30? Did you go courier or regular mail?

.....and 9 to have a baby...
5 seconds to take our money though....
are we all going nuts or what?
Being happy about a 3 weeks delayed payments.....????

oh my god Im so happy you cant believe it....Ive just received my payment after only 9 years....Im goin to deposit again they are sooo good.

This is what I forecast for many of you guys if you dont change your attitude versus casinos.
We need them cause we are gamblers....they are nothing withouth us though.....:oops::oops:

I had 2 payouts from Bodog from the beginning of March and I received both checks in 16 BUSINESS days from the payout dates. So basically, it takes a month from your approved payout date to receive the check.

Auntie, please, try to use only the first part of your screen name....and dont try to treat us like the second part of it.
thanks:rolleyes:

I wasn't trying to treat anybody as an "idiot", I was just letting anyone who cares know how long it took for me to receive my payout from Bodog.

I, personally, think that Bodog needs to find another withdrawal option for U.S. players. Waiting a month for a check to arrive is ridiculous...and is why I'm not playing at Bodog until they find another payment method (or quicker payment method). I also don't like worrying about whether or not the check is good.

By the way Kakata, I am quite offended by your comments...I guess that's what I get for trying to answer Richtree's question.

Auntie...

No offense taken here...appreciate your information.
I've been playing on line for about 10 years with a number of cash-outs from a number of different casinos...almost all, with a few exceptions, have taken nearly a month to get the money to me. Some have taken much longer. I would love to see quicker cash-outs but the casinos don't seem to listen when I complain about it.

A Month is ludicrous but it is odd because they are fast payers if you are in the UK.
Kakata is right, if you make like a doormat expect Casinos to wipe their feet on you.
Stand up for yourselves and do not accept it.
Sounding off on these boards is a start but make sure they know it.

From the UK im generally paid in 3 days via poker sites. I dont recall the casino payouts but I would assume the same. We can still use Neteller and Mastercards. I wouldnt waste my time collecting $$$ cheques. Waste a time with fees.

I dont think I would play If I had to wait a month. It takes a lot of the pleasure out of a winning session. We have corner street sportbooks who pay out instantly. Ive used the occasional one online for better odds. I can bet a midweek footie game online hand have the money available for the weekend

There is and has

been a lot of complaining about slow payouts from on-line casinos here on this forum. I don't see the casinos reacting to it by speeding up the payouts.
If anything it has gotten slower. Was a time not too long ago Bodog paid via Western Union within 4 or 5 days...it was great. Now the norm is much longer. One of the ways I react to the slow payouts is to not play that particular casino again until I have received my cash-out. I guess the casino should understand that when I get paid quickly they are likely to get all or a portion of the money back quickly because I almost always end up giving the money back via continuing my gambling....but with slow payouts I am more likely to 'attempt' to find a casino that will pay me quicker.

Ahhh the good old days of WU & Bodog....:(

I remember those days....I requested a payout 2 days before superbowl weekend and they told me it may take a couple of weeks because they were so busy.

Low and behold, I received the WU mtcn # the next day......

It's hard to believe that's been over a year ago.

BODOG

My advice is to stay as far away from bodog as you can they are nothing but crooks waiting to trap people they pay if and when they want to and eventully will take it all to a point where you won't have to worry about getting your payout.Because there games will completely go dead as far as letting you win anything.Crooks ought to be in prison.

Rcvd. this msg. from Bodog:

Thank you for contacting Bodog Customer Service. We have been in contact with our eCommerce Department regarding your payout totaling $1011.74. They have confirmed that your check has being sent to our check provider. As soon as your tracking number becomes available, it will be sent to your email on file as well as posted to your Bodog account messages.

I requested the payout on March 30th and emailed the question a few days ago.
I am guessing the check provider like to hold onto the funds for a while which allows the check provider an opportunity to collect some interest before sending the check out?

This really bothers me. RIGHT ON THEIR SITE IT SAYS 15 DAYS!!!! If you email them they say 15-20 days....this is 22 days for you.

I haven't been waiting as long as you, but longer than 15 days.

You know if you ask them for a little comp they say no, at least they did to me a few months ago, they say their comps are whatever on their site, they don't give out extra.

I think they should if they are making people wait this long, not in the time frame of what they say on their site.

Hi,
It has been over a month since I requested my withdrawal of $1,011.00 and still have not heard any word about when you check provider will mail it out. Please check into this for me. It should not take that long even though I am in the United States.
Thank you.
Richard

They told me the delay was due to their holidays

I can't believe you haven't gotten it yet!!!
