why did the cost jump from $20 to $40
I left them along time ago an so did many others because of the charge for cashouts

I agree on this one. $40 fee for check is a bit unusual. It would be ok for wire transfer, but usually check should be free of charge or a small fee.

But at least, you have the option for one free of charge withdrawal.

It is a lot better than having to use E wallet Xpress as the withdraw option. They charge a flat %10 to direct deposit back into your bank account. I much rater pay $40 for a $2000 check that arrives in a few days, than pay $200 for the direct deposit that only arrives maybe 1 day faster.

Excellent info.......I have played Bodog for 3 yrs now......and they send checks within a week............great casino...........I agree with everything you said love2winalot.........

Mine took about a week. Mine actually arrived via postal service. So far no issues from the bank knock on wood. I'm waiting at least 2 weeks before doing anything with it.
