I've seen some high wagering requirements for bonuses but a new rival casino takes the cake.

I won't mention the casino name because that would sound too much like a shill.

In Rival fashion, they're offering a start up no deposit $7 bonus, I glanced at the terms and almost fell in the floor. 100X rollover, minimum 7X max 10X cashout.. can you say impossible? Seems to me Rival is about to go the way of some unmentionable RTG's with outrageous wagering req's.

Is it the one with a Darwinian name that was spammed here recently?

I'm guessing they also have the standard term that a minimum deposit is required for fraud prevention? They probably don't want too many people cashing out $49 to $70.

I just downloaded the casino I suspected you are talking about, but found something slightly different;
I am not being offered any no-deposit bonus at all...
They are offering a SUB of 100% up to $200, but the WR is a totally ludicrous Deposit x 80... slots only!

My theories on the possible reasons for this:-
1. Because they are new they are hoping to 'trap' unsuspecting newbie players into taking this crazy SUB and so build up their bank balance.
2. They are totally inept & so far removed from the reality of sensible bonuses that they actually think it's good.
3. The same simpleton who came up with the ridiculously crap casino name also wrote the bonus terms... :p

To tell the truth, before I downloaded I did sign-up as an affiliate with a view to promoting them if they turned out to be any good, but with that laughable offer they ain't going anywhere near my site!

Rival do enclose their bonus conditions, T&Cs, albeit hidden and to a point of their discretion. Unfortunately, they are so shitty and it's such a hazzle to get paid, none of it it worth your time and effort. Do not make me publicise my Rival stats and CS exchange, it would kill your desire to play there.

That's quite a bargin, 80x for the 100% bonus and 100x for the 7 freebie if you get it, not sure where that's going.

I also checked their affiliate page and if you click home link at bottom of page it goes to a 404 page for Sloto cash! Can't say their off to a good clean start.

Why do these micro casinos that have the free time promotions for a bonus limit the amount you can transfer to your real play account? Most of them limit to $100, it should be as much as you want since they tack wagering requirments on top of the transfer anyway. And honestly, I don't see any micro casino going broke anytime soon.

These 'free-play' offers all require a deposit to be made in order to transfer the bonus chips over, and these equate to getting bonuses from 200% to 500% (one even gives a possible 1000%).
I do understand your point, but if they didn't limit it then potentially players could win vast amounts - may be even $1000's in chips, which would equate to getting a sign-up bonus of several 1,000's%. It would be very easy to clear the WR with low-edge games on a bonus this big & return a good profit.
They may not be going broke, but even rich casinos do not like giving money away too easily.

What I do think is a bit silly is the 1 hour time limit. I think that's just too short and it should be at least 2 - 4 hrs.
But then I would say that - I'm a very low-roller!

Prime Casino (MG) have the same WR on their 100% bonus. It has a list of BANNED games, and the 80x BONUS under EZBonus is the same as 80x deposit.
The only games that seem to be allowed are SLOTS, and BLACKJACK:what:
No VP, no TABLE POKER:what:, noe of the usual Crap, Roulette, Bacarrat etc.

Prime have the cheek to claim in their promotional material that "unlike others", their bonus is "not impossible to clear".

What worries me more about these Rivals (this one at least) is they seem hell bent on secrecy, even to the extent of hiding their "whois" records through a private registration, not good for a BUSINESS that expects to be trusted to hold player's funds. This "private registration" is used mainly by individuals, to prevent their PERSONAL home address being found, and by ROGUE businesses and spammers who want to hide behind "proxy" entities to conduct their affairs, similar to the use of the "PO Box" rather than giving out the TRUE business address with mail order fraud.

Their seems to be divided opinion on Rival, some seem to think they are great, others think they are largely "rogue", or at least not the best of places to play at. We have reps here for some, who have made it clear that Rival is a SOFTWARE PLATFORM, not a CASINO GROUP, so just like the others, there can be some great Rival casinos, but also some BAD ones too.

As far as this new Rival casino goes, they have already started off bad with me. Bug in their software won't let me register so I just blew it off. Too many good Rivals to waste time messing with one that I think is way over the top on the playthrough for bonuses.

Some of you love Rivals, some of you hate them. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with everyone of them. That said, I am not crazy about how tight their games have gotten lately and I don't like them screwing with the payouts. But I still play.

They're like spinach, you either love it or hate it.

I don't love Rival or hate them, I've won there, I've lost there. It's not really about Rival, it's just about Rivals weird wagering requirments

Let's not tar them all with the same brush - all the other Rivals have wagering requirement at least equal with MG, and many are much better.

I have not had any problems with any Rival as a player - just last week I took a new player $10 free-chip (no deposit) at one, turned it into the required $100, made a small deposit & then withdrew the whole lot. Money was in my Neteller account in 48 hours - no questions asked - just like they say in their terms.

This new one having insane WR does not make them 'rogue' - just makes them look stupid, as with Prime Casino. I would trust both to not rip me off, but I would never be daft enough to claim one of their "non-bonuses".

Yeah but nearly all Rivals have incompetent customer support staff. About a month ago, because of my play at a certain Rival, they emailed me about having placed $15 in my account. However, my monitor was dead after an electrical failure and I did not log again into the casino until a week later. The $15 was not there because it had a 7-day expiry period. I chatted with support about this and the staff told me he couldnt place the bonus back into the account. When I asked whether he could talk to their manager about this, he seemed to be both stupid and ignorant and repeated that he could not place the bonus back. I was frustrated and stopped talking to this guy. Subsequently, I closed my account.

This is a daft attitude, 7 days is too short, what if you went on holiday for the usual 1 to 2 weeks just at the time you got a "gift". This would turn such a gift into an insult, and I expect that if they hadn't given this $15 in the first place, and of course never had to make it vanish, you might still be a customer, and lost more than the $15.

Players in the Uk have another reason for disliking a short expiry, they might be with Virgin Media like myself:mad: At least for the next couple of months.

I must have nothing better to do with my time. I signed up for this casino and did receive the $7, well, Scarey Rich hit me with a couple triple bar bonuses off the "bat" I actually made that 100X playthrough. So question is will they pay! :D Got a few comps too.. What's the odd's.

Re my previous post in this thread: I reckon you have a 99.99% chance of getting paid!

One odd thing here though; when I did the free-chip (at Paradise 8) my wagering did not earn any comp points...?

Probably right I'll wait and see, what I didn't like about this casino was the 404 error I got for sloto cash casino when pressing the home button on the affiliate page at the bottom. So I did not sign up to advertise them. If they pay I'll reconsider. So far I find most Rivals ar good casinos and have had no problems.

Not sure what's going on with the comps they did add up for me. :D
