A RTG Casino is this week celebrating its birthday and I availed myself of a 120% bonus with a 20x WR (thats what it said).

Booboo number 1 - cash became withdrawable after i had wagered just $55 (I informed them), therefore I had no 'Coupon Details' to keep track of WR. So I made a note of my comp points, so I at least had a rough idea. My deposit was $50, bonus was $60, therefore playthru was $2200. I played till I thought I had wagered about $2000 then emailed support to get my exact WR remaining......

Booboo number 2 - email returned promptly stating I still had $672 remaining to play!!!! So I checked again and queried it with them. They replied I had wagered just over $2000 (as I thought). So where has this $672 come from.....support had the coupon as 25x WR, I have a screen shot of the coupon and the T&C (20x WR) and he said promos would honour it. When I did put my withdrawal in, I emailed support asking them to ensure that there would be no confusion and that the advertised 20x WR was honored. This was 4 hours ago and not even a courtesy reply.

I predict that accounts will deny it due to not making the WR, and I will have to go through it all again. Incidentally the website is still showing the WR at 20x.

Should I just wait?

Heck no. I would finish it out, cashout and email them a screenshot of the software stating 20x and the email or page showing 20x.

Sounds a bit dodgy, but wait and see whether they do indeed honour your withdrawal, or try something "dodgy".

A good casino would realise it was a mistake, and would honour the coupon as it was SUPPOSED to work, and would try to find out what bug screwed it all up.

A BAD casino, such as the Virtual group, DELIBERATELY set these "bugs" in order to trick players into breaking the terms, as well as to allow them to alter the WR to a higher amount if a player manages to beat the advertised one.

Its not Virtual, what do you take me for!! Casino is accredited as I'm sure some have worked out. Support did say it would be honoured, but accounts and support are seperate departments I think, however its a good job a kept some sort of track because some players may have just accepted the $672 remaining and said nowt. The actual figure remaining was $122 which I have played out and a bit more to be on the safe side, and from my $50 deposit my withdrawal request is for $408!

The casino concerned has honoured my withdrawal request, thanks guys. But they really need to take more care with their ts&cs.
