Hi hope some one can advise me on this my mum joined bingoplayground about a year ago, she has won a fair bit on this site, she only plays the big games as the small ones are only for 50p for line 50p double line and about £1.00 a house, so she does not play these she deposits most days but now they have sent here this email i have put a copy of it below, surley they can not do this, they cant pick and choose who they give deposit bonus to any advis on this would be great.

Having looked at your account with us following a recent withdrawal
request, I am writing to tell you that, with immediate effect, you are no
longer eligible for any promotional bonusing at Bingoplayground.
Bingoplayground offers free money bonuses, deposit bonuses, bingo
promotions, and many others to enhance the player's experience on our
website, and help the continued enjoyment of our bingo games (and others).
Nevertheless we acknowledge the existence of players who will constantly
try to manipulate the system in order to take advantage of it. In order to
maintain fairness towards truly loyal customers, we investigate all such
accounts and are removing all further bonusing from these accounts and
placing them under a No Bonus Status. This overrides absolutely all bonus
and chat privileges for these accounts for an unlimited period of time.

Accounts such as yours with proven significantly higher payout than deposit
ratio, will have their accounts status changed to the No Bonus Status. This
may, at a future date, be amended to 10% bonus deposit on all deposits made
and is at Bingoplayground's sole discretion. Using our guidelines and
parameters we may re-instate any given account back to our standard bonus
program too should your playing behaviour change.

If you have any questions please contact myself at the Accounts Support
team via email for further assistance.

This is simple, stay away from the site. Their intentions are clear. They simply want you to deposit and lose more than what you win in order for Bonuses to be awarded.

I agree it is at their sole discretion on who receives bonuses, but if they want your playing behaviour to change (in that you deposit more), then it is a stupid tactic. Why should anyone be bonus banned if their withdrawals are higher than their deposits? ...Seen it with Casinos too... Negative value players..

Ah Well...
