Hello, my situation is the following.

1. I used my work-phone to play at www.bigbangcasino.com november last year. I deposited 10.000 euro by using the 0900 telephone deposit method (its dutch only). I know its a sick amount. I was addicted.
2. I won 5.000 euro, just the day before I went to rehab. I asked for a payout of the 5k before I went to rehab.
3. Meanwhile I got fired and my boss charged me the 10k. Of what I already payed 6.500 euro, and the remaining I will pay coming months.
4. The telephone bills regarding the deposits have been payed last march. The reason they have not been payed earlier is because my boss did not want to pay them at all, as he found the fact his telephone provider was acting as a portal to a casino, ridiculous. Fortunately its a 350 employers company so I did not bring them in financial trouble by my actions.

Anyways, even though the above is a sad story, I did win 5000 euro and see no reason for them not to pay out the winnings as the telephone bills have been payed meanwhile, and they got their money. If they don't trust it they could ask me for more documents. Maybe a confirmation of the owner of the telephone (my boss).

Instead they do not reply to any of my emails. Not even when my lawyer sends a letter. They just ignore it all.

added: Although I have a statement by the telephone provider that my boss payed his bills, there is a small possibility that the payment is excluding the cost regarding to the casino-deposits. He and the telephone provider where also having an argument about it, so there is a small chance they made a deal.

In that case bigbang is right that they dont pay out, as they have not been payed either.

But as long as they don't reply to me. I simply don't know, and I get the feeling there is something wrong at their side...

Hope you guys can help me out here.

Regards

that's a sick amount obv, but great that you've taken the right steps to get out of the mess......

maybe they did try to contact you or something .....like for verification or documents.....but since you weren't reachable the matter was on hold or just ignored....

did you at least get an email confirmation of your withdrawal request....??

Hi guys, thanks for the responses.

@rshkrn. I asked for payout and got the credit invoice of 5k. back in november. When I was kind of recovering and a little less risky to sort casino stuff, I contacted them last march. Multiple times, but they don't get back at me, neither at my lawyer. Nothing.

@MillyOfLeValley. They have not given any reason why they do not pay out. When my boss was after the money first, he got a reply saying as you state: I was not the owner. After that my boss said to me you owe me the money, and go after the casino-money yourself cause those people are not legal.

I have to add the following. In wich case bigbang is not the bad guy as they look now. But as they dont reply to me, I dont know.

I will add this to my original post:

Sorry to hear about your problem gambling, but glad you're taking steps to curb it.

But this?

Quote: ...there is a small possibility that the payment is excluding the cost regarding to the casino-deposits unquote.???

Is your former boss lying to you, or are you not certain what's going on at his end?

BTW the casino may have hired lawyers of its own, who will direct communications....that doesn't excuse them ignoring you, but it is another possibility.

@jetset

Thanks.

I am not sure what going on at their end. It started of friendly that 'we' would get that winnings back. But it ended with him being fed up with it.

BigBang does have a rep here you can send him a private message and ask him to look into this https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/

Don't post further about your issue with the casino, and take some time to read about Casinomeister's PAB service. Link Outdated / Removed.

I've asked moderators to move you into the Quit Gambling section of the forum. I am glad you are doing well with your recovery, but hearing stories of amazing wins or look at screenshots can be detrimental to some. You will have a nice Quit Gambling under your name instead of Newbie Member, and that should make you feel proud every time you look at it.

I am however interested in hearing more about your rehab. Was this a residential program, and did you have other addiction issues as well?

Hi Jasminebed

Thanks for your reply. I was kind of scared to get into this because of that reason: screenshots and reminders / triggers etc. So thanks a lot for the quite gambling section. I will read into the PAB section when I have more time.

Thanks for your interest in my recovery. Im not that keen on telling in public where the disease of addiction manifested in my life, but it was not only gambling. I went to a clinic where I stayed 28 days intern. After that the real deal kinda starts. So I'm working hard on that. Doing my meetings and stuff. Picking up life again.

Again thanks. I hope my problems with the casino can be solved with your help.

I've moved the thread to here, and changed the OP's group status to non-Gambler. Here you can still converse with us without being privy to most of the screen shots and such. :D

I hope it all works out well for you.
