Since the original BGO thread is closed, I hope you don't mind me starting a new one in relation to withdrawals. This isn't a bashing, it's merely clarifying a point in relation to flushing winnings.
On their CM bio it states:
"Their operations are above par with no withdrawal limits, no reverse time, and they give their players the ability to flush their winnings - which is awesome."
Now I made a cash in on May 20 and it's been reversible since then (still is. I have the message in my account: "You have pending withdrawals. Before making another deposit you should reverse these funds and they will instantly be credited back to your account for you to play with. Please select which withdrawals you would like to reverse and click on 'Proceed'.").
I've just been on to customer service to request my cash in be flushed, and it seems that the flushing of winnings isn't normally possible. See the following from our chat. I have highlighted the salient point.
SeanP: Thanks, I will just bring your account details up, one moment please.
SeanP: your withdrawal will complete with us on 23/05/14 at which point it will then be passed back to your bank for processing. This is because our standard processing time is just over 72 hours
You: You've just been listed on Casinomeister as one of their accredited casinos. There it states: "Their operations are above par with no withdrawal limits, no reverse time, and they give their players the ability to flush their winnings - which is awesome. These three features set their casino at a higher standing than most of their competitors."
You: So presumably the withdrawal can be flushed
You: Or is what's written incorrect?
SeanP: Sorry, not sure what you mean by flushed? Do you mean fast tracked?
You: Yes so that it doesn't have to wait three days.
You: in a pending state
You: and can just be processed immediately.
SeanP: We can request a fast track through our finance team but we cannot guarantee it will be fast tracked, this is normally only done in special circumstances
You: Which circumstances?
SeanP: normally if we are refunded a player
You: So winnings can't be fast tracked?
SeanP: Not normally no, although I am happy to request it for if you would like
You: Yes please if you would.
SeanP: not a problem
SeanP: One moment please.
SeanP: I have now sent the request for you, our finance team are back in the office tomorrow morning so I would expect we will email you sometime before the afternoon to confirm either way
You: OK thanks for your help. Bye.
info: A copy of this chat transcript will be sent to...
Even though a fast track has been requested for me, since the finance team isn't in until tomorrow, that'll be the third day after my withdrawal so not sure how much the process has been speeded up!
I'm sharing my experience and the information I've gleaned in case anyone else was thinking of requesting their winnings flushed. And if you do, please share your experience.
