BGO - 6 months review

just a quick review over the last 6 months of playing there

Good promos & loyal free chips offered with great turnover mostly @ 1x (depending on loyalty & level )

The last six months seems to have produced bgo really addressing some good stuff , they've suddenly woken up in all departments , e mails,live chat (although it can be very busy ) rewards out of the blue .payout times have improved for cards & some good race kinda promos & stuff.

Vip e mails handled fairly quickly now .although they still dont do weekends as ive found but week days their on the ball )

No problems with lag & things servers run pretty smooth apart from isoftbet games which are terrible for lagging , good mix of games as well.

Seems the site has really pulled itself up , would think in future that the scores shall go up here.

Just a positive note as they are a big company & are really moving in the correct direction)

Keep up the good work BGO !

Hi i havnt ever asked for a flush , i can state all my last withdrawals have been done in under 24 hours back on card either next day or within two days., sometimes quicker , maybe bgo sam can shed light on this )

Yeah I have use that option before but this was just a random observation I had made and didn't want it seen as a frivolous report
It was more a case of "If Bryan/mods happen to see this..."
