Hey everyone,

How long does it usually take Betvoyager to make a withdrawal to a moneybookers account?

I'm asking because I'm on my third withdrawal and it been like 40 hours and still hasn't been processed. My first took 4 days (including week-end) and I contacted them through mail and they told me it was coming and still took like 18 hours to complete.

Second one took less than 24 hours.

Is this normal? I find it weird cause they say when with withdraw that it is done within 24 hours.

I gotta say these are large amount (first was 750, second 500 and third 1340 )

I have always done small payouts but mine have always been under 24 hours. Their support is a little vague on this. From the message on their site it appears that any withdrawal above the amount of earlier deposits could take some time.

Congrats on the wins.

---

Withdrawal of funds up to the amount of earlier deposits is processed automatically. The maximum number of transfers in a day is 20. The daily limit for withdrawals may be increased for a specific player if that player agrees with BetCruise administration beforehand.

Any withdrawals that are not automatic will be reviewed within 24 hours from the moment the withdrawal request is filed.

Hiya: It can depend on the deposit method used. This casino allows you to make deposits using multiple sources. They also allow multiple accounts. They can do this because they have NO Bonus given by them. I would guess this could slow things down once in a while. I have made several withdraws, "click 2 pay", and always gotten them into my account within 24 hours.
Congrats on the Winnings.

My deposit was with moneybookers for 2000. Maybe It's because my withdrawal now exceeds my deposit  although my first withdrawal took a lot of time and was "only" of 750.

BTW my withdrawal is still on pending. Now approaching 48 hours

Congrats on the Winnings.

Well that's partly because of you, I play roulette and sometimes use your method, well, at least the part I understand because it's still not perfectly clear in my head as to how you play it!

So thank YOU;)

Congrats on your win! Have you tried contact their Supprt via Live Chat? Well, they are also quick with replies through email :)

An offtopic question: are you using their "Randomness Control" feature? Or you just playing with auto-generated sequences (10 spins each)?

Still pending this morning. If it's not clear by tonight, I will send them a message or chat but last time I did this they responded quickly that my money would be transfer soon but it still took almost another day to be cleared

SlotMonster, How long does it usually takes for you to receive your withdrawal? And do you use moneybookers?

I've tried their Control feature but prefer to play by default (10 spins sequence). I don't want to be the reason of my own downfall :p

I'd like to suggest you the same - just contact them again and ask "WTF!!!" :D No-no, don't repeat to them my question, but you can politely ask them why there is a delay in you w/d

I used to use MB, but gave up because of their sec-fkin-urity checks
Now I'm using Webmoney for deposits/withdrawals.

To be honest, I think this is the main reason why player don't want RC to be implemented in online casinos, because in this case the won't be able to blame the casino for cheating of 'unfair' RNG :D

Well, still no money

I just send them a mail and see what they have to say about this delay.

So what's the longest any of you had to wait dor a withdrawal to be made at this casino?

Hiya; For me, in the philippines, it was less than 36 hours. I did not keep waking up at night to check it, hehehe. I also got reply to e mail very quickly. I play here because of multi ball Roulette express.

They are Not on the accredited list here, or, for that matter, have much of a precense on any message board. They also not on anyones black list either. So, if you would be so kind, as to keep us all updated here, we would love it.

After all, this is the main purpose of this board.

They replied quickly I must say, the same thing as before :

"We would like to inform you that your request has been put in turn and will be processed as soon as possible.

Hope to have informed you well."

Well, in the mean time a made another 120 :yahoo:

The longest time I waited was about 24 hours. Maybe that's because every time I was making a w/d - I was sending them email "I submitted w/d, please process it as soon as possible" :D
Congrats on your 120 win!
love2winalot, have you tried their new "No Zero Roulette Express"?

Well, got I nice surprise this morning, My money was in my moneybookers account!
I guess the trick is to send them a message when you withdraw so that they proceed quickly. I will try it next time!

No I haven't try there No zero Roulette express, I will give it try today!

Good, you got paid.

I also have not, and will not, play any of the, "No house edge" games, as i do not want to give back 10% of my winnings. The way i play, removing the 0 does not give me a 10% advantage increase.

Yeah this is a bit of a high cost to play without house edge but I'm not willing yet to play on a roulette with a 0. Maybe someday but not now, not until I have perfected my way of playing and be 100% sure that I can still win with the house edge.
