Betvoyager Representative? Withdrawl Problems

As an avid Betvoyager fan in the no-zero casino for the last 5 years, I am disappointed to experience problems withdrawing funds from Betvoyager.

After a short lucky streak - I requested a number of withdrawls over a week ago. This have all been 'pending'. I contacted support, via the online e-mail system, and received the same 'your request in waiting in line', this continued for a few days, then yesterday a request for ID!

ID scanned and e-mailed to the casino, and this has been confirmed by Betvoyager support - but it is being 'validated'!!!.

Today Still no money! I tried to contact them via on-line support / Skype / e-mail and phone, and no response from any line of communication.

I am utterly ********* off with Betvoyager and at a loss as to how to get my money back!

Has anyone else experienced such a shambles with BV - and how was it resolved?

Still no money - now my account is under investigation!

I have messaged Nicole, just waiting now for a reply.

Has anyone got any other advise? I have jumped through all the Betvotager management hoops but there is a definite reluctance to pay out

As it is now the weekend you need to wait until at least Monday to give rep chance to respond. If she does not respond early next week you could PAB , you need to read the rules first.
