I got an email from Betus with 50 free. It looks like they have switched to Rival Software. The WR is 1,00, but I can't find any other terms yet. I'm gonna go digging on their site. I looked in the rogues, and warning section but didn't see anything. I may have overlooked them though. The last thread I found was over a year old.

Anyone know the deal with them? Does this mean they have new owners also?
What was the old software? Its been so long since I signed up that I don't really remember anything about them.

Ok edited and found terms:Casino Bonus Terms & Conditions:

1. All bonuses have a 20x rollover before they convert to real money.
2. Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker and Baccarat are not playable with bonus chips.
3. Bonus programs are intended for recreational bettors only. Professional player or players considered to be abusing the bonus system by any means may have bonuses revoked and be subject to further sanctions, at the discretion of BetUS Sportsbook, Casino and Poker Room management.
4. Bonuses are based on net losses. If you are ahead on the casino you will not be eligible to receive any kind of bonuses.
5. BetUS will not issue bonuses retroactively.
6. Maximum bonus amount given on any promotion is $500.
7. Players need to claim all bonuses by contacting BetUS Support on the day of the promotion.
8. Your account balance has to be nil before you can request any promotion. (The Tournament Parlay and Wednesday's NBA Promotion are excluded.)
9. Only three promotions can be credited consecutively. After third promotion the player will be required to make a new deposit.

I still can't find max payout on bonuses. My bonus was a nd chip so I won't expect too much.

#4 is ok with me as well, I hardly ever have to worry about that. What do you guys think about these terms?

I will assume you have read the recent Rival threads.

I would assume there is no max cashout if it is not stated in the T&C's, I would get a screenshot before you cash out for reference.

The Bonus terms seem fine to me other than 3.

On the One hand they say you are only eligible for bonus if you are losing and then they say that if you win off this bonus they may decide, on a whim, you are a bonus abuser and confiscate your winnings.

Or translated,
If you are a perpetual looser you can have a bonus but if you ever win we may decide you are a bonus abuser and lock your account, very nice.

They are more known for there sportsbook i think.Although it has been getting a little better with them of late(from what i understand)They were a real shady outfit for a while and they are notorius slow payers.

You might want to check out sportsbookreview . com as they have some real good stuff on what they have done and also have there own rating system.I believe them to be like the "casinomeister" of sportsbook complaints and such

Hope this helps

Hmmmm Interesting!

I don't know what the old software was, except it seems to be used by some of the dodgy e-gold sites. They only appeared to have 3 slots, which says quite a lot!
But it is now definitely Rival.
(Including ALL their slots)

Max cash-out for the Slots bonus (100% to $500, WR (D+B)x20) is Deposit x 20
Max cash-out for the Table games bonus (100% to $500, WR (D+B)x45) is Deposit x 5
Max cash-out for the Other games bonus (100% to $500, WR (D+B)x30) is Deposit x 10

BetUS is approved by GPWA where they are a Platinum Sponsor - so definitely safe.
I don't think they have new owners - I guess they just decided to switch to better software.

Although clause 4 above seems totally ridiculous from the casino's point of view (how do they ever expect to get their money back from winning players...?), it's their prerogative and we all already know this is Rival's "secret" (and stupid) policy - at least BetUS are up-front about it!

Exactly how does that make a place definitely safe? Just because they pay GPWA?

You're right, I shouldn't have used the word 'definitely', but 'probably'.

One hopes that being approved by sites such as GPWA would encourage casinos to behave in a responsible, ethical & reputable way, but as was proved with Grand Prive and a few others, there are no guarantees.
