Betsafe- what a swindle!

Got an offer from
Betsafe for deposit £25 and get 150 free spins on divine fortune. Don't usually take offers but I took this one because of the terms stated on the promotions page that was sent as a link in the text they sent:

It states:

For example:
You have £10 on your account and win £20 from Free Spins, giving you a total account balance of £30. You keep on playing in the Casino and at an account balance of £25 you win a £100 win! You can then make a withdrawal of £105 and keep playing with your £20 Free Spin bonus winnings.

If you however would have made that £100 win when your account balance was £15 – where you've lost all £10 of your real money. No money can be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.


Pretty good I thought and even confirmed in chat that once I had wagered the £25 once through I could withdraw it and continue to play with my fs winnings (with 35x wager)

What happens? I deposit, get fs money. Play normal slots with my deposited money and quickly get a small profit. Turn over the £25 and try to withdraw it. Can't. Money's locked. Chat can't help. They say they are going to forward it on - great.

Really not good enough when the terms are plainly stated there on their site??

I see where you're coming from here but CS doesn't know their arse from their elbow apparently. Having said that it seems quite generous as it's effectively a 100% bonus with the value of those 150 spins weighed against a £25 deposit. So wagering cash 1x then withdrawing leaves you effectively with a 100%+ free chip with 35x wagering which would surprise me knowing Betsafe. I can't believe there aren't more conditions attached as they'll have every player playing free tonight otherwise!

Maybe there are more, but haven't been worded well.

Yes that's what I thought dunover- quite generous- I don't often take offers but this one sounded good- I wouldn't have taken it if it hadn't stated those terms on their site. Chat are saying I have to forfeit the free spin wins or meet the 35x wagering but that's not what it says on that page!!
