Betsafe "The seven deadly sins" misleading promotion (part II)

This promotion continues to be a mess... Now they have "Ultimate Work Station Tournament" in Casino Red (you can see "Casino Tournaments" page only if you are logged in). According to TC's, "the winner of the tournament is the player with the best overall net win for the duration of the tournament on the specified game (€2 per bet minimum)". But the leaderboard shows total game rounds instead. These guys can do what they want, they are accredited after all. And yes, it's the most sinful promo ever...

THAT is supposed to mean the following: Betsafe puts this promo as their "BIGGEST, MOST BADASS (AND MOST SINFUL!) PROMO EVER", but actually it runs ... hmmm ... not very smoothly, to say the least. I think that such discrepancies between TC's and reality are simply not acceptable for an accredited casino, but it looks like that they don't share this opinion. BTW, it's not some pocket change at stake in this tournament. Hope that I satisfied your curiosity.

I used PAB service just 2 times in 6 years as you can see, it's once in 3 years - nothing to do with "pretty much" IMHO. And what does this fact have to do with my post at all? If I had 100500 posts in 6 years and never used PAB service, you would say "what a great post"? Sorry, but it looks like that you just wanted to act as a smartass...


I would recommend that you PM the rep if you have any issues
I told about this issue to Betsafe support 30 minutes after the tournament started, but obviously all they could do was to forward the info to the casino department. Over 15 hours have passed from that moment, but nothing changed.

You people from other countries always have such colorful language. I'm still waiting to use "taking a piss" in my everyday lingo. It's hard enough trying to fit that in, I don't think I would ever work "bee in your bonnet," into any conversation.

i got the email i waited im expecting something big but nope overhyped crap witch is sad as i like there casino always done well there and get paid to my moneybookers really quick but yeh better worded and better offers need to come up its the only place i play my net ent games in conclusion i rant to much

Where did I say the bold part? I never told about ALL accredited casinos, just about the ONE whose name is in the topic's title.

It's JUST your private opinion, keep it for yourself. I never wrote a word about Bryan and CM as a whole and didn't want to diss anyone. I just wrote about the situation that is inappropriate IMO, especially for an accredited casino. It's like to announce in the middle of a football match that the winner will be detertmined not by the number of goals scored, but by number of corners or successful passes instead. That's how I see the situation with this tournament. Probably you made your childish assumptions because I mentioned in my post that the casino in question is accredited. Unfortunately I'm unable to edit first post in the thread to calm you down.

As a seasoned member here, I would appreciate it if you'd follow our policies of contacting casino reps when posting complaints. Hove you PMd the casino rep? No one can fix anything if they aren't aware that something is messed up. Also please refrain from aggressive language. Thank you.

As I wrote in my second post in this thread in reply to Nate, "I told about this issue to Betsafe support 30 minutes after the tournament started, but obviously all they could do was to forward the info to the casino department". As of now, 20 hours have passed from that moment, but nothing changed: TC's are the same, but tournament continues and the leaderboard is still counting total game rounds.

So I decided not to PM casino rep, because the relevant department should have received the info about this issue. BTW, casino's rep CasinoEuro is listed in "Managers of Accredited Casinos' Affiliate Programs" category, so I thought that he works only with the issues related to affiliate programs.

In the end, Bryan, I really hope that you have been never insulted by the first post in this thread.

You can't have expected that Bryan would solve it because the casino is accredited.

Probably they realized what a mess did they create with this tournament and now trying to find a way to resolve it. But if so, why didn't they stop the tournament? That's the way how their "biggest promo ever" is organized...

The casino reps need to know if something is effed up. CasinoEuro may be the affiliate manager, but in many cases they are the ones that oversee promotions and other player incentives. And if can't fix it, he'd know who to contact. Small problems can snowball into massive cock-ups; look what happened to Betfair as an example.
 
Hello Casino Meisters,

Unfortunately as stated in this forum, the Ultimate Workstation Tournament should have been according to number of Game Rounds and not Net Win. We have taken corrective action and amended the Terms & Conditions accordingly in the early stages of the tournament which is due to keep running until the 27th November. In the meantime, we have credited 50 Free Spins on Twin Spin to the players who would have qualified to the tournament with the previous version of Terms & Conditions to help them improve the number of game rounds. For any other issues, please contact Customer Support and we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
