remember getting the promo deposit on Tuesday-Thursday during January and get free spins on Friday Wager free .
so i opted in but cant find the link to the promo or do i remember what games they were on, anyone?
remember looking for it last Friday but forgot it again.

Gone are the free spin Fridays, deposit $50 on 6 occasions to get $50 and deposit $5000 get $100, there was also a 100% match that was pulled they say was put up in error the day the 150% match was.
I have since had technical difficulties depositing in the month of Jan

This is a strange one, because I just came home to find a free spins email, yet last week I inquired with CS if the Friday free spins promo was still running, as I would have been eligible for them on that day, and I was told they pulled that promo, followed by the customary, but keep an eye out for many other great promos that will be sent out soon!

If today is evident the promo hasn't finished, I'll feel a little short changed I missed out last week through no fault of my own.

But it is Betat, so I'll probably let this one slide.

not complaining here i did get some free spins today, but shouldnt you inform players that have opted in and deposit like i have done last week and this week for that promo,
that it has been pulled ? after all it was a little diffrent as it was wager free if i remember correctly

The plan for this month was in fact to remove wagering requirements altogether on free spins as well as make free spins immediately awarded rather than having to wait for the following day. We launched the new system on the 1st and whilst the auto awarding has now been functioning correctly and will remain a feature on our sites, the wager free part has been slightly delayed and it would appear that whilst the promo was indeed pulled, the promotion remained visible on the front end so players were able to opt into a promo that effectively didnt exist anymore.

If you had opted in and wagered for this promotion, I would be more than happy to credit you the winnings of the free spins again without any wagering requirement, as Ive already done for other players who let me know. Unfortunately i wouldnt be able to see who these players are until they come forward and I can look into the account individually

Oh.. so the 50 free spins on twin spin I received today weren't from the usual Friday promo?
I thought they were because i deposited on wednesday.

hi didn't seem to get any , spoke with vassiliki he said there wasn't any on the account , pretty much use all promos there & straight deposits as well

there was a problem with the 50% insurance one the other day to where you deposit £50 if you lose this you get a 50% return into the account of £25 quid , problem with that was i made it 49.60 but it wouldn't load the other . balance was zero , anyway live chat sorted this out & did a manual credit )
