Having a withdrawal pending or not will not affect the speed of the verification. Waiting time for first withdrawal could be up to five working days simply because it sometimes does take up to five working days for third parties to get back to us with their confirmations.. as long as you submit your docs, we will forward them and await completion of KYC process.

They were amazing when it came to my KYC verification process

I don't there play very often as my gaming budget is a small one (low roller) but did manage a cash out on my 3rd deposit I think at which point I was asked to send in ID doc's etc.

Emailed the required info, got a 'accepted and thanks' email LESS THAN 2 HOURS LATER (get in!!!) together with confirmation that my W/D had also been processed
