Question betat casino bonus

I depostied £20 to betatcasino with a 50% bonus. When I used up the real money, the £10 bonus came into play with the bonus meter showing 0-£300 and as I turned over the bonus it went up to 100% by which point I had £16 left which then disappeared completely. I have never done his before and just assumed at 100% it would turn into real money and allow continued play. I cannot find any explanation in the faqs, what am I missing please?

it happens all the time at betat. it disappears for a few mins and then shows up

first time it happened i also panicked but it fixed itself after a few minutes. its odd and scary though, especially when it happens for the first time and for me it was $350-ish that disappeared and i was like ... wtf just happened

Thank you for your reply. It actually disappeared completely and I deposited another £20, played that through and it was still gone so I gave up. Just logged in after reading your post and it's suddenly there now! Thank you very much
