Casino Complaint Bet90 and the Quickspin Tokens

I explain short what is happen:

Yesterday i had deposit and play some Quickspin Slots at Bet90.
I play in some Casinos and i know it was wrong...

Quickspin has in some Slots a Feature named Quickspin Tokens.
I had play some of these Games because it has the Sign(See Attachment)

Now is my Problem i dont had an Button or something to chosse some Bonussins for these Points.
I ask because i had yesterday wager ~ 6000€ and had enough Points for some Spins.

The Casino self is checking.
I know that this Sign has named Quickspin Tokens but dont understand why it is not visible..

I had right or i dont had right?
