Used to play there years ago. Forgot my lic for logging in. And it apparently cant be recovered. Have asked 2 or 3 times. But it gets to the stage where i get bored of the process and just play elsewhere.

I think they have their downfalls, im sure i remember seeing something dodgy about them on here when i first joined and thats why i stopped playing for long enough to forget my pin.

Never had any issues with them. Relatively speedy payouts and decent promos. Haven't played there for a good couple of months however, but they're still good in my book.

And they are not very good bonuses either. Low percentage match, wagering requirements are not very competitive, heavy restrictions on what you can play when using bonus funds. And a long list of games you can play, but won't count towards wagering.

In short, a headache that one could easily do without.

great sports bonuses (especially the new player one) with decent wr etc.
Got a £20 vegas bonus (with 20x wr if I recall correctly) and cashed out for £300 almost instantly.
Can't fault them.

I used to play there a lot a few years ago, both sports and casino.

Bet365 are a really solid outfit, quick withdrawals and good game selection. That being said, I played there mostly without bonuses, so I can't give any insight on their bonus program.

I've always liked them. No hassle, fast payouts and good games. The only issue I might mention is that if you ever self-exclude, it is a nightmare getting back in again even if the period has expired. I did that for 6 months about 5-6 years ago and they still to this day won't allow me to deposit more than 25 GBP in 24 hours, quoting that as the reason!

I use Bet365 for sports wagering and for that they are very good.. Excellent betting options, fast payments and they offer live coverage to many events.

However bonuses are very rare. I questioned them about this a while back and their response was to the effect of, if you don't like it go elsewhere.

It seems that customer retention is not a big focus to them as due to their size they know they will get new customers joining every day.
