"Bet 2x and deal" button

What do you think about the "Bet2x previous and deal" button some versions of some table games at some casinos use? Do you think it's predatory, deliberately trying to trick the player into pressing it accidentally when they just wanted a new game, or giving too much temptation to the player to up their stake; or is it just a nice convenience for those playing systems, (Martingale or otherwise)?

Since you only make one post a year it deserves a response. I believe the buttons are placed there to make us spend more money. Same reason they put the max bet button right beside the draw button. Every now and again you hit the max button by mistake. Casinos are greedy.
