You'll be surprised at what goes on at the Motorway services
"Deals" are often related to drugs and counterfeit goods, however, "Fruity methods" and "devices" often change hands in these places, and are going to be cash deals, no questions asked.
The benefits are a neutral meeting place, packed with members of the public who have no idea who you are, or what you are up to, and don't even care! However, if things might turn nasty, the last place it will happen is with loads of witnesses (the car park is a different matter though, do NOT meet "at the back", or "away from the area" - treat such a request as a signal that something is about to go wrong, and by plan - I say this from a bad experience.
I would NOT pay 5000 for ANYTHING at such a place, but I would have no problem SELLING a "fruity method" to some chancer, such as matrix, for the prospect of an easy 5K and forwarding of a method that is probably in the "public domain" anyway (if matrix bothered to actually READ casinomeister before spamming).
Matrix does not seem interested though, perhaps the cost of the flight is too great
